“Hands down the best Toyota maintenance shop in the area. I’ve been to all the Toyota dealerships around Omaha and none of them come close to the service, communication, knowledge and quality that toyo techs provides. I bought a GX470 recently and it was time for an oil change. I wanted to have some parts inspected that usually cause problems on older GX470s since I’m not a fan of unexpected vehicle breakdowns or come aparts. I decided to give the guys over at toyo techs a try since they came highly recommended by many of my friends. Making an appointment was incredibly easy, all I had do was send a text to the number on their Google page. They replied very quickly and I had an appointment within 5 minutes. When the day of my appointment came, I went into their shop and instantly noticed how neat, clean, and tidy their waiting room was. They had toys kids, snacks, water bottles, coffee, as well books and magazines. I checked in at the front desk and handed them my keys before I went home (I’m not the stay and wait for an oil change kind of guy.) They called me a few hours later to tell me that they got the oil change done and that they found some stuff to fix that I didn’t mention and some stuff that I didn’t even know about. I was told that they were writing up an estimate for everything else that I wanted done and that they recommended I should do. A link was sent to me via text and I was able to go in and pick which services I wanted to be done. After i submitted the items I wanted done, I received a text saying that they would get started on that. It was just a few more hours until I received another text saying it was done. I showed up, was greeted with a smile talked a little bit about what they did, tapped my card to pay, and I was out the door feeling like I had definitely got exactly what I paid for. Bottom line, if you need something done on your Toyota and want to not have to worry about feeling like you’re gonna get bad service or have an inexperienced tech working on your vehicle, then take your vehicle to Toyo Tech. They will take good care of you.”

“I’m not normally one to write reviews on places, but the experience I have had here has not been great unfortunately. The ABS module went out in my car, and when I made an appointment to get it reinstalled and re-programmed, as well as purchase a new ABS module from them, they originally told me that it would be $700 for both the part and labor fee. During my appointment, they came up to tell me that they got the wrong part and then expected me to either still buy the part for $500 or pay the resell fee of $200. I respectfully expressed that I would not be paying for a part that I didn’t ask to be ordered. They then told me that they could order a new part, but then wanted to charge me $1400 total for the part and labor fee (labor would be about 1.8 hours and $297), so I went and took it upon myself to find another Toyota parts store, where I could purchase the ABS module for cheaper. (Yes, I am aware that ABS modules are a little more expensive). I then called cornhusker again to see if they would install it and program it if I got it on my own. He then proceeded to tell me that the labor fee would be about $750 dollars for 4.5 hours, when it would originally only take 1.8 hours. When I asked about the differentiation in hours, I really didn’t get an answer as to why it changed. I had a really high hopes for this place, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.”
