“Not very well trained staff. I stopped by this store to do a warranty swap on a battery. The employee told me "you are going to have to wait 3 hours if you want your battery tested". The store was empty.. He did not test the battery first, he just assumed it had to be charged (I charged the battery before I brought it to save time) I would have to wait for him to charge and test other batteries before he would test mine. So I left and went to the another store, (that was full of people). They instantly tested the battery on the spot. So bad training, lack of training, if he would of used his tester to test the battery, it would of told him "charge/retest" if it needed it, He just assumed and wasted my time and trip to that store. I've been a master tech for 20+ years, I know how the system works.”

“I went there because my boss recommended it, he is using them long time ago. They been there forever but the administration changed I guess, because now the oil change it’s not lasting what it should. I change a battery too and it lasted less than the regular time, the battery failed in less than 12 months, I didn’t go to request another one because I really don’t want my car in their hands again. It’s like they really don’t care about customers at least for those little things like change oil or batteries.”

“Please do not do business with this company, i recently purchased a Rolls Royce from them and i cannot express how disappointed i am with the entire experience. From start to finish , it has been an absolute nightmare. They promised me a top notch vehicle but what i recd from them was far from it. A car with 1700 miles had the wheels replaced with the tires which were very worn out. The so called inspection they claimed was never performed, There were issues with the Starlight roof which they promised to replaced it but was never done, . The car came with missing accessories. I was forced to send the car back to them to get these issues fixed. They kept the car for 45 days and put 500 miles on it and installed cheap tires the brand that is unheard off. On top of this their GM Mr. Stephan Waisman has the audacity of cursing me out on the phone. I deeply regret choosing Elite motor cars of Miami for my car purchase. I strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from them to think twice. Kindly find a dealership that values honesty, transparency and customer service. My experience with Elite motor cars of Miami was a Nightmare, and i would not wish it up on anyone else.”

“I am currently renting a car from that company I booked through booking dot com and thought it is a serious car rental company. But by far it is not. It is away from all the other rental companies. And when I got there and wanted to rent my car all of the sudden I had to pay $1200 more for some insurance only they could provide me and taxes. I prepaid with booking and payed in full , my rate of $200. My cheap car rental went from 200$ to $1400 it is a total scam and rip off !!! BE AWARE”
