He showed me all features of the car and answered all my questions. I'd like to thank Jodi who made the whole process easy. Everything was done prompt on the same day, so we were on time to the "Weekend" concert in Newark, and we do not have to come back and drive additional 4 hours since we live in NJ. I am thankful to Dan who helped to finance the car. I am really satisfied with the whole process.”

“I arrived 15 minutes early because there was t any traffic 8:15. The service rep went over everything I needed done tire pressure, wind shield wipers, trouble with TCS full circle inspection and added PA state inspection and emissions. I sat comfortably in waiting room and my car was finished at 9:00 am. I also got to see the video of my car being worked on. That was awesome. Service here has always been great but it gets better whenever I come in. I can’t say enough about the service staff. My daughter told me one of her clients drives down from Lancaster to get his service done there because they are so efficient! Great job guys!!”

“Christian Martinez provided exceptional service and support during my purchase of an older Lexus hybrid. He gave 5 star service despite my relatively modest purchase. At the same time I was buying another car on the Maryland eastern shore, while preparing for a Xmas trip. Christian was understanding throughout this process. He was very professional and respectful. “Awful experience. I asked a few questions about a couple of different items and didn't get an answer. I decided to purchase one of the items and proceeded to ask for my military discount and was ganged up on by the cashier and manager asking for my id at the exact same moment. It's hard to believe I was treated so shamefully. Instead of appreciation for my service, I was shamed for asking. The discount would've been about 60 cents. Imagine worrying about losing pennies to gain and keep a valued customer. I definitely will not be returning anytime soon. Have a Blessed day..... Update to my already 0 star review 12/23: Came in six weeks ago with another defective car battery and it was exchanged after it went bad after only 2 weeks. Came back 3 weeks later and had another defective battery. They refused to exchange my battery after only lasting 3 weeks. They said it's out of warranty! Can you imagine having to exchange two batteries in less than 6 weeks and then be told, we're not giving you another one for free! This is the worst customer service I've ever had at a retail auto parts store. Without hesitation, I 100% do-not recommend this or any AutoZone store to anyone. They do-not respect the US Military.....”
