“Purchased a vehicle from this dealership roughly 3 months ago. As expected the service upon purchase was great with no problems with Kelly (go see her if your going to buy used), as expect with Mercedes especially when buying an AMG model. Unfortunately that great service stopped after the papers were signed and they didn't have the car anymore. I was told I would get a courtesy call to a week later to see if everything was good with the vehicle, nothing. Since I purchased the car I've been trying to get to help and connect my Mercedes to my phone so I can start the car and warm it up. (because as we know our winters are difficult) or even to lock or unlock the car to make sure my valuables are safe. I've been getting excuses that one individual quit (starts with the letter "R" don't want to say his name for privacy reason to the public). Then I leave a voicemail I get an email saying something voicemail I get an email saying something was modified without having called me? (individual name starting with "V"). With all of that back and forth nonsense I was tired and decided to call the head office to get some supper and sure enough that was a real Mercedes service. I do believe this dealership is capable of providing the right Mercedes treatment as the many positive reviews speak for themselves but unfortunately for it wasn't the case. My review is subject to change or removed if the dealership decides to do something about it. I felt this to be the only way to getting any action done as calling, emailing don't work. “They attract clients by showing extremely low and attractive rates online, however these only apply if you have your own insurance which most people do not. Once this cost is added the rates are not any lower than the other big brand rental agencies. Also they will find any way to add more fees after the return. In summary; they provide a good service however they price bait by showing artificially low prices. Also make sure to not get any tickets otherwise they will charge you double the fine and fill the gas up to the absolute max and take a picture afterwards otherwise they will try to charge you some additional amount.”

They are trying every kind of excuses to Not refund me $500 refundable deposit when I paid for my order. Be very careful, if you go there with the sales, especially Tristan Chalifoux-Lamarche. Before you sign a contract, they promise; but after that, you are just an ATM. Reply to Desjardins Ford: your word is sweet, but what you did was dirty and bad. I reported this to OPC and sent you a legal letter.”

“Really disappointed in their customer service. I emailed a week ago looking for a quote for a modification, after a few days I sent a follow up, no response, after a week I sent another follow up only to be told that there was no off the shelf solution. I can't speak to the mechanics ability (which I'm sure is great) sadly I never got past their customer service. Despite what their website claims, they do not seem to be interested in doing anything that's not an easy off the shelf purchase and install. The claims of fabrication, and alteration of "just about anything you can think of" seems as though it's a bit of a stretch. It's a bold claim to be sure, and absolutely hard to live up to, so maybe it shouldn't be the main thing you advertise? That being said, all I was asking about was putting larger wheels on my car, not really that far fetched of a concept. They were extremely quick to respond to me by email once they thought I might leave a negative review, no doubt they will respond quickly to this review too...”
