“Bought a used $45,000 vehicle with 20,000km. and noticed when i got back home (2hours away) that it was due for a oil change . They did not want to cover the oil change cost in my area ($165) Witch i find ridiculous. They ended up mailing me a $50.00 check to cover some of the cost but i had to call and fight for it! Something as simple as a oil change should be automatically done when buying a $45,000 car. What do you guys think? . i guess $110 is more important to a big Toyota dealer then a satisfied client! Its not so much about the money part, Its the fact that we had to waste 3 hours of our time to go to Toyota for a oil change when we just spent $45,000 on a Rav4. Other then that, it was good witch is why i gave 2 stars.”

After I waited for two months, they said that I would receive the car after one month, but when I went to the branch to make the financial transaction, they said that the car is not available for technical reasons but I'm sure they give it to someone else.. Actually It was a bad experience with them, I wasted my time and they were not honest with their clients”
