“We have visited to get a used vehicle here from a reference and the day one was a great experience. The service executive is calm and polite, helped us a lot. Unfortunately we noticed couple of issues on the used vehicle and we couldn’t move forward with the deal. Later we visited to check out few other options but the next time another person comes to us it was not so great experience. It was not professional at all and the person seems to pay no attention to us. It looked like they have no interest into getting into a deal. Forcing to take their own finance and no interest to wait. Well, we don’t have to visit this place again.”

“Robert and team over at Goose Automotive exceeded my expectations! They took great care of fixing my 2011 Mini Cooper. Robert explained the issue on my car and also we have a plan for next time I go in for an oil change. She’s (my car) not young anymore, but with their help I can keep my Mini Cooper on the road for a while longer. If you have an issue with the service make sure to let them know- which I didn’t do at first. However, after posting my first review they wanted to make things right. I’m so grateful for their compassion, caring, honesty, professionalism, fast service and being so knowledgeable about the European cars. I must add that I was unable to drive my car back to the shop due to being sick with Covid. They came and picked up my car and returned it. I didn’t have to lift a finger. Also, they do have a courtesy service to get you back home if you are leaving your vehicle for a long period of time. “Staff was friendly and welcoming. That’s why they get one star. Now on to the service. They were quick about getting back to me on what needed to be done. However after I declined the work I went to pick up my car and they wanted to charged me for 2 diagnostics. How are you going to charge me for 2 when you did everything all at once. A diagnostic is when you go over what is wrong with the car. Just cause there were 2 things wrong with the car doesn’t mean you should be able to charge double for it. If you did the diagnostic at 2 different times then that is on you not me. I brought it in and expected to pay the diagnostic fee of 165. However when you want to add on another 165 because you had to do “2” diagnostic then that is where you lose all my business in the future. I don’t care if you cut one of those fees in half. I expected one diagnostic and that’s what I was going to pay. However now because you want to charge me double you will not get any more service from me and I will tell everyone I know and can not to come here.”

“Went in to look for a new vehicle to replace our 2021 F-150 Limited pickup. We meet up with Ken Egle at Red McCombs Ford, whom we’ve purchased 2 other vehicles from. Once I arrived they were very informative and attentive to a couple of items that I requested be addressed prior to me leaving the dealership that day. Based on the discount that they gave I fully expected the boat to be bare bones.
