“Watch out for getting scammed! I had two tires put on and my tire light was on. I am always happy with Jack Furriers tires, however, this location did me wrong in the fact that they said ALL four of my tire pressure sensors were bad. $60 a pop plus labor. Thankfully I declined having them all replaced because my regular mechanic said they were all reading and just had to reset the code and the light has stayed off for the past week. Not cool to try and scam people out of hard earned money guys!”

I am a woman and too many times have I tried to get a simple oil change and a mechanic wants to upsell me or talk down to me. They took care of my car, while I sat in it, answered any and all questions I had and even double checked each other's work. Reasonably priced and in the neighborhood. This location is an amazing location, I had to get a rental though my insurance which is super stressful but picking up my rental here was super easy and quick thanks to both Cris & Miranda! They both were super helpful and explained everything I needed to know, they were so busy with customers but didn’t lack anything from me and they were just amazing, they made a stressful experience just easy and quick, and again they were so nice I patient, something you can’t find in customer service these days. Location was also clean and my rental was also clean! 10/10 couldn’t say anything better, thank you again to the both of you!”

“Service center is worse than awful. Can that be a thing? I have a recall on my vehicle that has KILLED 28 people due to sharp metal objects being ejected when the airbag is deployed. I have called them over 8 times being sent straight to voicemail. The one time I got through to them, the technician said his supervisor would call me back and never did. This recall is killing people and they do not care. Please buy, get serviced somewhere else. These people have no morals and it’s sad. I still have not gotten an appointment with them and it has been three weeks. BBB definitely needs to be reached out to. Called Phoenix Mazda once and have an appointment in a week and made it a priority.”

“At 74, and having close to 50 motor vehicles in my life, I have never experienced an auto repair shop even close to JayBees. I was driving our Ford F150 home from Port Townsend, WA, where I learned that we had a major repair needed to the engine. Luckily I came across JayBees website and was compelled to call. Lucky me, Shelly Maynard answers the phone and a real conversation takes place. Why is this point important? I’ll ask you the reader of this review, when is the last time you called any service business and experienced a person who was authentic and cared about why you were calling? I set an appointment a few days after I would return home to Tucson and explained that I had an extended warranty service I’d not used before. Shelly assured me that they work with the various companies often and that she would take the lead. JayBees Auto Service is owned and operated by women, and has been for several decades. It’s my opinion, that this is why it’s run and operated with such dignity. Every step of the way I was communicated with and advised about making decisions as the mechanic discovered a few additional issues. After less than a week, our truck was ready to be brought home. I had not met anyone in person yet, because we dropped it off the night before our appointment. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jacqui Harry, and Shelly at the same time. This entire experience was so uniquely enjoyable that it still is resonating with me, even two weeks afterwards. Thank you JayBees! Barry”

They were very friendly and professional. The battery I got for $56 was an upgrade from the factory battery in my 2020 Impreza. My car runs way better now. I highly recommend them!”
