“George is a salesperson who is not focused on selling you a vehicle just to make money. Instead, he is focused on selling you not the car you want, but the one you truly deserve. I believe that in the state of Massachusetts, they need more salespeople like him. He is the MJ of car salespeople.”

“I recently bought a truck here and Nick and Kelcey are absolutely amazing! They made the process easy and went through great lengths to help me get the truck I was looking for. Everyone that works there is so kind, helpful, professional, and relatable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

“The last time I went in the man who helped me was honestly rude and tried to make me feel like an idiot. I went in for coolant, when I told him I had a small leak that I'm getting fixed after the 1st of the year he told me I'd need 4 bottles to get me through "and even that won't be enough" I told him no, I am good with just 1 bottle and if I need more I'll come back and get more. He told me he's been working with cars for a while and I should really take his advice. I told him thanks but no thanks, I'm happy with one bottle and he told me I'd regret that. He asked me the make/model/year of my car. When I told him it's 2012, he went to the door to look at the car and told me he's sure that it's a 2016. I told him no, I know what my car is it's a 2012 and he told me "if you think so but you'll be using the wrong coolant" I told him I'll take my chances. He eventually got the coolant for me, I paid for it and before I left I asked him if he's been working on cars for so long, would he be willing to help me fill my coolant reservoir because I had never done it before and I just wanted to make sure I did it right. His answer? He laughed at me and said, "Do I look like a mechanic?" I smiled at him and told him I'd like to get his name. He told me it wasn't important and to have a great day. I went to my regular mechanic to fill the coolant, as always they were extremely nice, showed me how to do it myself, put it on the lift and took a quick look at the leak and told me what I already knew, there's a leak, but it's really not that bad. I definitely need to get it fixed, but it's not a pressing matter like the guy at auto zone tried to make it sound. "Just check your reservoir every 2-3 days and fill it as needed. Call me after the 1st, and I'll fix it the same day I do your inspection." I have been to this location before, and I had previously given a 4 star rating, mainly because of a female and an older gentleman working there who where nothing but nice and helpful every time I went in, but this last time in truly put a sour taste in my mouth.”
