“Called for a tail light to be replaced under original manufacturer's warranty on a used Jetta I bought elsewhere. Was told it would be a $60+ service charge, wasn't happy, but accepted it. They found the fault, ordered the part, service for the following week. One hour, they swapped my light, did a *full inspection*, everything is great, complete with paperwork. I went to grab my wallet, and *didn't get charged a dime*, fully covered under warranty. Will be returning here for regular services. Reception was kind and thoughtful, even with my sour attitude early on in the experience. (Sorry Karolynn). Even the parts desk guy was good to talk to. Looking forward to getting 300k KM out of my 2020 Jetta, and with this kind of service, won't be an issue, I think.”

“I went to Kal Tire very recently to change the wheels including buying new steel rims & Michelin winter tires & to fix the alignment. Their services were very good & prices were reasonable. This was my first time to Kal Tire. Then I again went there to change engine oil & a full car inspection. They changed the engine oil & told me that my car is drivable, just an issue with motor mount. I need to change the motor mount. I expressed my interest to change it from Kal Tire & they told me that they ask Heffner Toyota for quote & they would reach me afew hours later. They didn't provide me any physical copy of the result of my car's inspection. I returned home but they didn't contact me. Next day I called them. Every call had a long waiting time & a waste of time. They told me they will send me the quote 5minutes later, but they didn't. Very next day I again called them & mentioned that previous day they didn't send me the quote. Again they said they will. Again they didn't. One week later I called them & they spoke to me with a tone like they don't care me. They directly told me my Toyota car is more than ten years old & it is so hard to find any Toyota parts for my car!!! ( My Toyota car's mileage is only 107000km and in great condition). They denied to provide me the physical copy of my car inspection. They said when they find the motor mount, they will contact me. 1 month has passed & they didn't contact me. Very irresponsible & arrogant behaviour from their side.”

I popped into their Eagle St, Cambridge ON location minutes before closing to ask if this repair would be covered under warranty, and not only was I assured that it was (nice!) - I was also informed they could fit me in the very next day! Jamieson in particular was very friendly, helpful and accommodating - within an hour I was back on the road with all my tires up to snuff, and even though they had to replace the tire, I only paid the $20 to install it - the tire itself was covered under warranty. Very happy with the exceptional service at Kal Tire, and will be coming back for all future tire needs!”

I was picked up in time to make an appointment, given a vehicle comparable to my own, with exceptionally low mileage, and was given an excellent overview of the vehicles features before leaving the lot. The return process was efficient, and a manager took me to pick up my car so I didn't have to wait for their regular driver to return. I had a tight timeline, so I appreciated the help in getting to work on time. This location has definitely upped their customer service experience. It surpassed my expectations and more than made up for a not so stellar experience years ago. People do make a difference, and the staff at this location proved that point.”
