“I broke down in a vintage jeep in Gap, PA and got it towed to the shop because it was the closest even though they were really busy everyone was super nice and they had a guy come out and fix my problem in about 15 minutes. Terrific service, friendly folks.”

“Absolutely amazing. Fast, efficient repairs done well and at a great price. Staff and techs are friendly and professional. Something you seldom see in the auto repair business. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. And they also do state inspections. Their new location in Reamstown is beautiful, clean and quiet. So glad they are within driving distance.”

“This is my second time going to this dealer and all I can say that their customer service is excellent. Ana is the sales rep that took care of me last yr and this yr and she is always so pleasant and very helpful. I do recommend them 100%. If you need anyone to help you find your vehicle ask for Ana you won't regret it.”

“I’m not typically one to write bad reviews, but these guys did me a serious disservice and left me no choice. Jones has been servicing my TLX Type S for 2 years now, and have typically done a great job with communication and quality of work. For 2 years now, I have requested that they forgo running my car through their car wash, as my vehicle has a dual layer ceramic coat and has only ever been hand washed (I’m an auto enthusiast). They had my trust, as the service advisor once jokingly told me they washed my car during a previous service. On Dec 26th, however, after a routine service, I noticed the vehicle had been run through the car wash, and as expected, my paint was covered in micro scratches / swirl marks. I pointed this out to the service manager and he acknowledged their mistake (and even gave me a hand written note acknowledging their mistake), and offered to have their detailer buff out the scratches. I mentioned that simply buffing out the scratches would effectively remove my expensive ceramic coating, and would not be an adequate remediation. In order to restore the car to its previous condition, the ceramic would need to be removed then reapplied, per my detailer. After explaining this to the service manager, I was questioned about the quality of my ceramic coat, and was told that ceramic coats should prevent scratches in an attempt to pivot some of the blame. Any good detailer knows (and a simple Google search suggests) that ceramic coating does not prevent scratches, rather it adds gloss, protection from environmental contaminants, and ease of cleaning. After emailing the general manager, Kris, about the situation, I received a call from the service manager where I was told the scratches were not from the car wash and must have been present before the service (despite previously writing me a note suggesting otherwise), again that ceramic coatings prevent scratches, and they would not be willing to rectify the situation by working with my detailer to restore the vehicle to its previous condition. Instead, I was offered a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Instead of making the situation right, Jones chose to lose a potential life long customer and damaged their reputation in the process. Anyone who considers themselves an auto enthusiast should avoid Jones at all costs. I’m extremely disappointed. The photos of the side profile and front of the car were taken in Oct 2023, and the three photos with swirl marks / micro scratches were taken post-service for reference.”

“I've been coming here for years, the past year has gotten rough. I waited over three weeks for services to complete on my bike. During which I called atleast twice to ask if a part arrived. Which I get the feeling the part(Air Filter) arrived pretty quick, even though it took an additional two weeks to finish the service. When I got home with it, it was leaking coolant because the drain plug was several turns loose. I took it back and got it tightened up, but had to return the next day and get coolant because my reserve was empty. Three weeks, two "hey did you get that part installed?" phone calls and then two additional visits to complete my service. Today I tried to schedule an inspection, noone from service was available. So I left a callback number, I either barely missed the call or the caller hung up early but pretty sure my recent missed call was their callback. No voicemail. I tried calling back into the shop, and the line just rang and rang and rang. Maybe I'm just not as hardcore into motorcycling as I was in my younger days, but paying people to do a job shouldn't be this difficult. I'll just drive another half an hour to a different shop if it means I don't need to waste time trying to call repeatedly, or return trips to complete a service. Took 53 seconds of a phone call to sort out an inspection at a different shop.”

“Jon and Adam have excellent customer service and very personable. Took time to go over everything to ensure that my vehicle purchase was smooth and valuable, and also provide warranty as well. They offer very clean cars of every make and model. Looking forward to future purchases here again. I highly recommend them.”
