“Blown away by how horrible this place was to me. They originally told me my car window regulator would be fixed in 4 hrs, however that turned into a week later because they dropped my window. The first time I came to the store to pick it up, they told me to come by and it wasn’t ready. So they wasted about 30 minutes of my time driving there and back. Then, when they dropped the car off to me while I was at work, I come back to a scratched up, dirty, unmatched tinted window… I then had to bring it back and waste more of my time. No apology or discount was given what so ever when I got the keys back finally 7 days later. Here’s some pictures of the great job they did.”

“I had to come back twice from Palm Harbor for you to finish R&R bushings. and then you asked me to pay for parts again after I paid the first time. I had to wait 4 hrs to finish the job. Other wise it was a good job. Faith, just credit my account for double paying for parts. Joe S”

“DO NOT use this Enterprise!! Similar to other reviews, this location has terrible customer service and a confirmation/ reservation of a vehicle does not mean that they will indeed have the vehicle. The worst part is that they will not call you to tell you that they do not have the vehicle. I showed up to pick up my reserved vehicle, only to find out that they did not have one available. After a long conversation with the flippant team member there, he confirmed that they cannot help in anyway. What terrible business practices with even worse customer service. Don’t waste your time making a reservation and messing up your summer vacations. There are much better companies to rent from!”

“Ghetto location. Staff is incredibly slow and rude. They were on personal phone calls and had no customer service. We were not spoken to respectfully or kindly until we were asked to give a positive review to benefit the manager Melissa. We had horrible issues with bogus charges showing up prior to us returning the car. We spent hours on the phone with countless customer service reps. We returned the car two days early and my app showed I would be receiving a $39.00 credit back and today I get an overdraft charge notification from my banks stating that they pulled $139.00 out of my card. And it was a debit card!!! I have tried to email the call center manager directly as well and have received no response. This company and its employees are complete trash. I will be going to the BBB soon to report you all. Thanks for sending an email to leave a review. It’s really been a pleasure.”
