“I brought my ford focus in today to balance / torque my tires & received the best service possible. Firstly - the lady at the desk accommodated my kids & put on a children’s program for them in the waiting area & offered them hot cocoa. Secondly, the manager ended up giving me more than what I came in for. During remembrance day weekend while visiting family in Edmonton my tire blew & due to all the shops being closed that weekend I had to make do with outsourcing another tire & doing the work with family / Friends (not the same I got from kal tire originally) & although I booked a service for today to only torque & balance the existing tires, he provided me with a deal to replace the damaged tire all together & I could not be more grateful. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service & genuine customer care, Cochrane KalTire is the place to visit!”

“Had tires put on new ram. Scratches all 4. 4400.00 dollars damage for new rims. Was told to go get them fixed. I told them it was not my responsibility. Was told I would be contacted . Never was. Recently tried to use my spare they put back under my truck. The hub was broken off spare could not be taken off vehicle. Keep up the very poor work.”
