“Great Customer Service! Very knowledgeable. I spoke to Kevin and was very helpful with picking sizes on what works and doesn't. I have a 2018 F150 XLT 4×4. I was wanting a small aggressive look but didn't want to make any big chances. I like the 33" look so we found some tires that would work for me and my family. Not bad on the wheels and tires either. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking look other then stock. Very helpful people!”

“Strangest service experience I've ever had. Parking is a disaster. Odd building. It's the equivalent of a burner phone. Sparse furniture and no decor in the office. No receptionist. No signage. You have to hunt down the service staff in a back room that looks like a prison computer lab. Almost like they move offices every few days. I had to reexplain my service requests, which had been submitted through the app weeks ago. Staff went out to the car and couldn't see the giant pop up error code on the screen, so I had to take them back out, show them, take pictures, and then send the pictures to them. Service took about 6 hours because they booked too many appointments. I drove 1.5 hours to get here, so I got to hang out and enjoy the "scenery" for a while. I did walk about 1/3 mile to a Starbucks for a couple hours. Ultimately, they fixed the problems and addressed the vehicle recall. The staff was friendly enough. The place was a mad house. Tiny waiting room had 12 people at one point. People picking up cars, bringing cars in for service, and trying to pick up cars. Tesla definitely needs a new building and more staff.”
