“Someone in the winter hit and ran my vehicle and my insurance company recommended another autobody shop. I insisted on going to Herbers because they always do a good job when working on my vehicle. I was wrong in this instance because when I went to book my appointment they told me I wouldn't be able to get it in the shop for over a month as they are fully booked. No problem, we did the damage assessment and I went on waiting till they were able to get my vehicle in. Fast forward a couple months and I finally have a set date on when they can fix my car. I bring it in and happily wait. A week later they call me to tell me that they have ordered the wrong part and I can come pick up my vehicle so I don't use my insurance days for a rental as they dont have an ETA for the bumper they need for my car. What a waste of my time and my insurer's time. I won't recommend you anymore and you have lost a loyal customer who had always gotten work done there.”

I purchased a new set of tires and while the install was happening the team came across a major brake issue I knew nothing about but I also had an important work trip planned for the next day. They managed to get the parts in and installed the same day so they could keep me on schedule. As always great service at this location.”

“Just picked up my car here after getting winter tires put on. When I went out to grab my car I noticed a lot of mud on the handle to get in. Then when I got in the car the steering wheel was filthy and so was the side of my door (inside). I understand that a shop can be dirty but have some respect and wash your hands before moving my car and probably many others. Just spent 1500$ on tires and my car can’t even be cleaned after you guys made it filthy. I will not be coming back. And I will not be recommending you guys. Even the hub caps weren’t put back on properly either. Not very happy about this.”
