“I went to the website and was able to save a place in line before I left my house. The site also informed me that there was currently a 7 minute wait. During my drive, I got a notification that I was next in line and I was able to ask to extend my wait and let the next person go. As soon as I walked in the door, I heard the woman calling my name. It was the best experience I've ever had with a motor vehicle agency. The woman was very nice and took care of my issue quickly. My advice is to make an appointment or use the "save my place in line option. I didn't have to wait at all.”

“I bought 4 tires from here normally I'd go there all the time and for some reason the tires was so bad I went back and was told I had to much air in them even though I had already mentioned that it wasn't the air making my car shake i took them to get balanced and seen it with my own 2 eyes the tire was jumping while spinning nothing was done. I even video it myself of me inside my car the shake is bad I don't think I will keep my service there I'm going to take it somewhere else and also the air is always leaking out of the tires the same ones I replaced. I ended buying 2 new ones somewhere else and they rides smoothly. Still needs back tires replaced again 👎🏽”

“If you want your car to be repaired poorly and incomplete, definitely bring it here. Have me the car with a broken control arm, no alignment missing pieces, bumper wasn’t even placed correctly, worst paint job I’ve ever seen, missing bolts, headlight was placed incorrectly and completely loose… my biggest regret was being my car here for a repair. That “Tesla Authorized Repair Shop” badge needs to be removed ASAP! When I took my car to a different shop to fix all of the errors, they were in awe. Toddlers build better cars than these guys. HORRIBLE!!!!”
