“My service was not well and I am very furious. The dealership wasn’t able to give me loaner car for months for the service I needed done. Once I was able to drop the car off for it to be checked for the electric issues I have had on my new car, they called to return it the same day. Nothing was done! It was so much worse when I checked my car after the standard service. This includes oil change, car wash, tire rotation and top off of fluids such as coolant and washer. MY TIRES WERE NOT ROTATED, MY FLUIDS ARE STILL LOW AND MY CAR WAS NOT WASHED!!!!!!!!! My oil level is still at the minimum and is dark in color ado I just think they lied all together about servicing my car!!!!! I don’t know what is going on with the service department but I am very upset. It’s unacceptable for these services to not be done after I waited all this time thinking they would resolve my issues. Never would I have thought the service wouldn’t be completed and I told everything was done either. It really bothers me ALOT”

“Service writer was great. Tech im guessing but so great. Big smear on front end that wife wiped off. Abd on bumper and chrome area around headlight. Scratch on headlight lense. Almost looks like they dropped something on the front end. None of this was here before going. Not sure if I'll go back. Previous experience was not so great either. Left in waiting area about 4 hrs for an oil change. Then they couldn't find my keys for almost another hour. Car was done for about 3hrs before I asked about it.”
