“My go to place for regular oil changes. Very fast and more so convenient. Oil changes take no more than 15 mins and you stay in your vehicle the whole time. The techs also inspect other aspects of your car as well. Had a battery drainage issue. Called Steve and brought it in since it was still under warranty. He charged it over a weekend and now battery is good and back to working order.”

Very professional, efficient and friendly. They called me the day prior to confirm, which I appreciated. When I arrived right at opening, they had everything ready, only requiring my card and DL. I didn't require insurance, so no paperwork to sign. I was on my way to the car in less than 5 minutes. They walked me out, reviewed the car, asking if I had questions. Car was clean and very new. Return was simple and streamlined. I received my receipt the same day with no surprises. They even called when they found a phone in the back, and again were extremely polite and customer oriented. “We brought our car here after having the check engine light go on. We previously had it at another shop after being stranded on the highway. We "knew" feom the other shop it was a catalytic converter problem. We were able to get a new one put on through Tires plus for hundreds less than what I was quoted at a different shop. Come to find out that our car has multiple cats and when one went bad, the pieces clogged the one next in line. We were warned both by Tires plus, and the previous shop that this was potentially what happened and that's why we couldn't even run the car and were left stranded in the first place. So no surprise, this is what happened. While a little disappointed that it wasn't going to be the easiest and cheapest fix, it wasn't unexpected at all because the team at Tires Plus were knowledgeable enough to inform me up front that this was a possibility. We went and picked up our car after the service was done and everything was great.... well we thought. My wife was driving it home and the check engine light popped up. So we made a call and got it back in there to get looked at. Ben, who was helping us, took the time and had it checked out again. Turned out we also had a sensor that was bad. After all was said and done, they were able to get our car up and running. Most people in my shoes might be upset that the car had a little issue after getting worked on. I however am grateful. Ben and the service techs were able to get our car rolling again after we ended up having multiple issues. I feel fortunate that Tires plus does so much more than just tires. I never paid attention to the "plus" part of the name. I took a picture of the services that they provide to help anyone else out there with some issues and might not know what this place offers. I feel that taking the time to leave a lengthy review is the least I could do considering the high level of service I received. While I hope I never have to have my vehicle towed here again for some immediate repairs like in this case. I will absolutely be back here to get some help with preventative maintenance.
