“What absolute poor customer service today. Went in to grab some wiper blades. All was good when walked in, until the gentleman who was serving took his personal mobile out to take a call. Mind you, he was still in the middle of serving a customer. Waiting patiently, I walked over to were the wiper blades were to grab them myself as I thought it was so rude he took a call while servingme. 5 minutes later he came over to where I was still on the personal call to point to the blades I needed. Bloody rude and disappointing service repco. Teach your employees how customer service works and to not service while taking personal calls.”
