“I've had the opportunity to work with Brides by the Falls multiple times as a Cleveland wedding photographer. This is a boutique that I wholeheartedly recommend to my brides for a few reasons. The first being that the service here is impeccable! Over the last few weeks the store was flooded due to a building issue. Because I have brides with them I have an up close view of what's taking place. I am BLOWN away by how Jennifer and her team is handling what could have been a catastrophic issue. They didn't miss a beat. Because Jennifer is so well respected in the community she instantly sourced other options for fittings, dress try ons, and pick ups. I genuinely don't know how she's sleeping with how hard she's working but I do know that anyone who was fortunate enough to have purchased their wedding dress with Brides by the Falls is in such good hands. They are a perfect example of exemplary customer service. I'm blown away and they'll continue to be at the top of our list!”

“I booked an appointment to see one of their used car at their facilities early on a Saturday morning. On the day of my appointment, I left from Ottawa to Magog. After driving for 2 hours and around 200 km, one of the sale reps called me and told me that the car was sold the day before. His excuse for not calling me earlier was that, they got my number incorrectly even thou I've been texting back and forth with one of their reps for at least a week to arrange the appointment. The guy I talked to through the phone promised I would be compensated for my time and car's mileage by sending me some gas card but It's been more than a week and I still didn't hear back from them. The guy I've been contacting, also the one who set up the appointment, texted me asking about my appointment, I don't know if there's not communication between their team or what or maybe they texted just to trolled me. I told him the situation and got no reply from him. Note that, he replied to me almost instantly every time I asked about the car. I wonder if this is professional and acceptable. I hope salesman could be more humane and care more about other people a little bit. Getting money and commission for a sold car is cool but please don't joke around with people time and effort.”

“Great job completed AGAIN by Speed, Inc. I couldn't be happier with the work performed this time around on my C6 Z06 build. Tony was exceptional at getting various estimates to me promptly. Answering all my emails and many questions. They were ON TIME with the project. Even a day early! Photos were sent to me as build progressed. Even a video of my car on the dyno. I have used Speed in the past with a large build as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality speed shop in the area. So many shops these days don't give you good service, or there too busy to spend any time with you. Tony, Tom (owner) and crew were FANTASTIC from start to finish. A+”
