“My first experience at Toscalito was great! I called on a Saturday to inquire about bringing my car in for a standard maintenance check plus alignment check. They told me to bring it by that Wednesday morning which was fine as I wasn’t in a rush! When Wednesday rolled around I dropped my car off, provided some personal info, and let them do their job. They called me as soon as they were finished looking at everything to let me know the cost of any repairs they suggested I do. I gave them the green light to proceed with said suggestions and couple hours later I picked up my car with the repairs done! Super painless - the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll 100% be back and recommend you check them out too!”

“Well these guys were just a few of the angels watching over us today. I can't even express how thankful we we were for the awesome Caltrans worker who promptly rescued us off the Bay Bridge and took us to a tire shop after he called several for us to find the correct size. We were needing a miracle and Mr AJLB & the crew at Robert's Tires pulled it off... Above and beyond to all involved!! We could not have done it without all of those angels along the journey. Thanks to them we made it to the airport in time. You guys ROCK!!”

“I am not sure why they have low ratings. My personal experience was fine. The BMW X3 car was relatively new, and in good condition. While picking it up, they didn't hard-sell Insurance etc & explained the various options clearly with no pressure to buy anything over & above the basic package. The queuing took a little long, but nothing extraordinary. The drop-off was similarly seamless & I just had to hand them the key. Do note that they have limited opening hours for pick-up / drop-off. For dropping off the car, if all it takes is to put the key in a drop-box, why not make it 24-hours? Overall, I'd rent from them again.”
