“This review is specific to the Mazda service department. I am astounded by the top notch service I received! I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Adam, at the front desk a year ago, when my engine was destroyed by another retailer; he offered impeccable service then! This year, I ran into another maintenance issue and he and the service team not only located the problem, but went the extra mile to save me some dollars on the service cost (looking for parts in alternative locations)! It doesn’t stop there! Initially, due to holiday backlog, Adam projected they would not be able to troubleshoot my car for the next 4 business days. I left with understanding. But he called me the next day, confirming they had time to “squeeze” me in! My car was ready to pick up way before he even said they’d have time to look into it. Furthermore, they came to pick me up from my residence so I could pick up my vehicle from them! Barely anyone offers this service anymore!! Mike picked me up and it was such a pleasure and honor to ride with him. He also was knowledgeable and so polite!! Top notch service!! And I LOVE the new building set up.”

“I had about as pleasant of any experience as you could hope for at a DMV I suppose. Walked in...short line to get a number waited maybe 2 minutes. Proceeded to sit for approximately 10-12 minutes after filling out a short piece of paperwork. Once at desk...out issue was resolved in less then 5 minutes and we were out the door. Both employees we encountered were cheerful and polite. Thank you staff for doing your jobs so well. 👍”

“Didn’t tell me until pickup a credit card was required. I need to leave in less than a hour with my family for our vacation and they were rude and not helpful one bit. The store was extremely unprofessional and had no ac as well. I hate to sound like a Karen but I’ll never use enterprise again after the experience I had this morning. Enterprise should come audit this location and sit in on a day to see the type of service they’re providing to customers that have used them in the past. I’d be embarrassed if I worked for enterprise after that.”
