“Running a successful auto shop, I try to find cost effective options for our clients and places like this are the reason I cannot recommend used part companies. Scam artists and liars- no website, no email. I get it, its a used part, its always a risk, and they are not legally obligated to refund or even replace. That is the truth. The issue here is that they guaranteed us they ran this transmission to ensure it was operable….. ill let the pictures speak for themselves. When we received the transmission we removed the pan to inspect, found metal debris and have been trying for three weeks to get a replacement transmission, and asked to get pictures first to ensure it was a quality transmission. Left with no choice, we disassembled the transmission to find this mess.”

“Don’t want to leave this review but it’s only fair. It’s been about two months since we came to this shop. Me and my dad were looking for a shop in the center we first went with Danny’s Auto shop unfortunately they don’t work on older models so we decided to check out Key Nissan based on good reviews and the Car we have is a Nissan so we figured hey they might know about Nissan vehicles etc. so we went inside made an appointment explained our issue etc, came back few days later to drop off car and they had to do a full car diagnostic came out to around $200-220 I believe we paid. Later on the day they called and said they were keeping the vehicle overnight since they weren’t able to figure what was wrong. Next day they called me again and they said it might be an electrical issue and they said it’s going to be an extra charge of $250 for an electrical diagnostic, which was okay since we wanted to get the car up and running great. So they did the electrical diagnostic and they found a code for a fuel injector not working well. So I told them to replace it and they ordered the part was around $170 & got it done so later on the day we went to go pick it up and they were positive the car was good now so we tested the vehicle and now the car would stall out so we brought it back to the shop and told them so my dad went with the mechanic for a test drive and he noticed the issue my dad was not happy so he left the truck another night next day my dad went to the shop and apparently they still needed time and got a call later on that the car needed spark plug wires so we said okay change them and we paid around $160 I believe it was so we went to pick up the car tested it and now the truck is worse shaking and stalling we weren’t happy, the mechanic and my dad went for a test drive and it was worse then before apparently the mechanic had moved the distributor timing around so it needed to readjusted. The mechanic wasn’t able to figure out how to adjust it since they don’t have a timing light and the truck is RUNNING WORSE than what we brought it in to this shop since then they basically left our car as is it’s stalling out, acceleration is a drag, shakes way more, and we paid around $800 in diagnosis and parts. Really frustrating”

“Seeing this shops social media presence and the people they sponsor had deceived me in the beginning. I’ve had more bad experiences with this shop than good. I have put off writing a review for a long time but I don’t wish to anymore. One of the main issues I encountered was after SSR installed my rain light diffuser. Shortly after install, I had a friend call me after they saw me on the road with a tail light out. Due to their shotty wiring job, my rain light and right tail light were out until I could get rescheduled. Second, after having my stock exhaust re installed after I got a ticket, they left the remus exhaust hangers on with the stock exhaust which made it rattle like crazy after a couple days. I waited in the waiting room for approx 3-4 hours until they brought the car out with exhaust fixed… 3-4 hours for a small job that should have been made a priority. Now to last week. I was out at the track and mid session I hear a BOOM. Was stuck in limp mode, couldn’t figure out what was going on since I had SSR upgraded chargepipes, so it couldn’t have been those I thought. I found out today, the SSR UPGRADED charge pipes had blown off on the bottom side. Ruined my track day and I was stuck in limp mode not knowing what was wrong until I had another shop diagnose what happened. SSR recommended me their charge pipes because of how often the stock ones pop, yet theirs did the exact same thing!! I have said and always said, you can tell they take better care of cars that are owned by friends of the shop and super cars, not as much M cars and others in the same realm.”

“First of all, wow! Staff here was very welcoming to anyone coming in even though they were pretty busy at the time. I came in for a new car battery not expecting the person to offer to change it for me. Raymond was amazing! He barely took a look at my car and was able to change it very quickly. Mind you my car battery is blocked by another car part so the fact that he did this perfectly blew my mind. Bring a cash tip if they go out of their way like this!!
