When out driving you get matched with professional drivers that help direct you while you race shout out to Hunter, Alex and Lloyd thank you for being such great instructors!!! 😎👍 ONLY CRITIQUE I have is that I wasn’t allowed to use my Ray Ban metas (glasses with cameras) to record first person video of my driving experience I was warned I would be kicked off the track if I did. Thought that was such a bummer that I missed out on getting that footage. I think they should reconsider that rule considering we are already paying hundreds of dollars for the experience.”

“Super easy and fast check-in, he was very easy to work with, was able to adjust our time to when we showed up. The slingshot was such an amazing fun vehicle to drive. Reminded me of driving a sea doo by the sound. Really fast! He had a selection of areas that u could scan and it would show u a drive u could take,we did the red canyon, super beautiful but speed limit is 35mph. If I could complain about anything it would be no heater, A/C so for us it was a little chilly. Everywhere we stopped everyone would pull out their phones and take pics and videos,”

“DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!! The biggest reason I gave SIXT Rent a Car a one star is because I could not give them zero. SIXT seemed fine up front but when we brought our car back, they told us that there was damage on the car that was not there when we rented it. We explained to them that the damage was there, and we could not view the damage pictures on their website. We spoke with an agent, and they assured us that we were fine. WELL, when we got home, they charged us over $700 for a 10mm scratch on one of the wheels. Again, we brought this to their attention before we left the terminal. Then when we returned it all we were asked to do was to put the keys on the dash. I tried speaking to multiple levels of the company but was only able to exchange emails. Even though I thoroughly explained to them multiple times that the damage was already done, they just told me it was my responsibility. So, not only were we charged for something we did not do, but we were also gouged. $700 for a scratch that was already there... I'm willing to bet NOTHING was done to repair the scratch and someone else will be charged for the damage in the future. In the end, I paid the charge because I do not want to go to court in Vegas and/or have my credit ruined. I will do my best to warn as many potential vehicle renters that I can. Renter be warned!! “If you want to waste your time AND NOT get your car serviced, this is the place for you! I had an appointment at 11am today to get all four of my tires aligned. My boyfriend showed up on time, dropped off my car, and was told it would be approximately a 2-3 hour wait. No big deal. He stayed in the area and went to the nearby Target to pass the time. Around 2:30pm he calls the shop for an update and is told that unfortunately they had not started the service on my car. Three and a half hours gone to waste. If my boyfriend had not called for an update, he probably would have been left waiting another few hours. The cherry on top was when my boyfriend (who was reasonably upset) picked up my vehicle and was told, “you’ll bring back the car tomorrow, right?” I’m very disappointed as this location does not meet their commitment when it comes to a timely service. I understand the holidays are a busy time for everyone, but this shop should not be scheduling appointments that they cannot fulfill. We will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Ricardo is the nicest, hardest working, and most caring professional mechanic I have ever met. His techs are great, too! He helped fix my 1995 Ford Mustang GT in so many ways. Other so-called good mechanics failed to solve problems that affect the safety of the car, driver, and passengers. Their rates are reasonable. They installed new headlights, a newer driver seatbelt, a gas tank filler gasket, and checked all the fluids, too. Their time to do the repairs were ahead of schedule. And I am 100% satisfied with their work and effort to get the job done right. This is the only mechanic in Las Vegas I will go to from now on.”

“BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. BETWEEN KEN AND GABE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLY. I MEAN THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD FACE TO FACE. STARING WITH KEN THEY TOLD ME THE WORK WOULD BE A HR THEY TOLD MY WIFE 2 house and our baby was with her I got her a Lyft home. A man in back of ken advised they are able to pay the Lyft so yes they was able to take the money off the diagnostic. Ok I call around and got the part from Kia. I called to make sure I had the correct part have told me yes I go by the part from Kia dealer and bring it and they call me and say this is the part. I’m like didn’t you tell me it was the right part so now I’m stuck waiting for the part have said I had to pay for the part and they didn’t accept cash have stated he ordered the part so I pray he did they lie so much. However the worst part is they didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience they caused. They lady in service offered me some coupons and I was able to get 50$ bc of her. I would definitely never come here it honestly makes me want to cancel my membership. Ken and Gabe will literally tell you anything and it’s messed up bc you don’t know you would think you can trust them but you can’t. I definitely wouldn’t advise coming here if I could give 0 starts I would that’s how bad this service was.”
