“I’ll never come back here or any Discount Tire. I set an appointment to have my tires rotated and checked before a road trip. The associate that helped me said my tire tread is getting pretty low but not quite there yet. He then quotes me for 4 new tires equaling out to $1400. I said I wouldn’t be able to pay that today but I’d like to continue to get them rebalanced and checked. This guy literally refused me any service unless I bought ALL NEW TIRES. I even suggested replacing 2 and he still refused. I could not believe it. It’s ridiculous how some men try to hustle women at these car shops. I went somewhere else and they did it immediately. They won’t get my business ever again.”
