Probably the most HD accessories that I’ve ever seen at a dealership. Seems like they’re local HOG chapter is really involved in the community. It’s nice to see such an active group and a good relationship with dealership. We walked in and immediately met with a sales associate who answered all our questions and checked in with us throughout our visit, yet gave us plenty time to roam and check things out on our own. Plenty of new and previously owned inventory.”

From the front office to the owner, if you want authentic care with exceptional communication this is your place. Yolanda (front office) is bright, knowledgeable and lovely. I was kept up to date with my car status with text messages (love it). I was sent a link to examine what the techs found (love it). Since I was a new customer Yolanda called me to explain their process of sending a link to opt in or out of what the technician suggested for maintenance and repair (LOVE it!). There's no awkward conversation about what I didn't want done at the time, though if you call to discuss they'd give you the time and attention. When the car was done I got a text and was able to pick it up the same day. I highly recommend YHS.”

Only shop out of three that examined my submitted photo and saw I would need body work due to location of impact. Rep offered to make an appointment for me with their partnering body shop. Glass came in when they said it would, cleaned up well after install. Highly recommend.”

“Got a "Service Steering Column" warning code on my dash while driving. Took my truck to the nearest dealership because I wasn't sure if it was safe to drive. That dealership charged me $423.39 for a diagnostic test including a $39 fee for the repair cost estimate. (Average electrical diagnosis cost for my truck is $196-$250 in this area). They told me the module needed to be replaced, gave me a $1,106.70 repair estimate and tried to reel me in by saying the diagnostic fee would go towards the repair cost. I contacted USA Car Expo where I purchased my truck from for an estimate, they quoted me $300. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It was much cheaper for me to pay the ridiculously high diagnostic test and tow my truck here for the repair. Turns out, my module was 'A-OK', I simply needed a $20 fuse replaced. They charged me $125 for their diagnostic test and changed the fuse. I ended up spending $700 overall due to that other dealerships price gouging. Lesson learned! I was literally sick without my truck! I purchased AAA for tow service so no matter where I am I can bring my truck here for service! These guys have the best customer service, everyone is super friendly, they explain everything in detail and they're fair! I highly recommend USA Car Expo for you next vehicle purchase and service needs!”

I spent thousands of dollars on new tires and a lowering kit, The tires were never balanced and the shackles were not only used and wrong, but installed backward which messed up my ride as well as the new tires. And when I asked for the problem to be fixed and or refunded... Silence. From my understanding owner of the property has his son running it now, so the old school customer satisfaction is gone and lack of integrity is embarrassing.”

“Worst service ever highly not recommend. Regret using them. I don’t usually write reviews but I put my car in they shop for transmission work with no satisfaction. They never gave me a set price till they pull out my transmission and said it will be 3,700 to rebuild. That was way out my budget. I end up having to pay 625 plus 150 to get my car towed back from them. Before leaving they parking lot I noticed this unusual dent in my car that never was there . I showed it to them ( Chunk ) then was told they had to play the cameras back first. Days later of waiting they never contacted me back. I call after a few times then was told they not gone fix nor cover the damage they have costed to my vehicle. There are no dents through out the whole car other then the one they cost. I’m lost for words waste of time and money if you ask me never again.”
