“My tires were stored at that company for several seasons. I needed new tires and we discussed this with the owner of the company. The owner got mad at me because I didn't buy summer tires through them because they were expensive. I ended up buying the tires from another company. I took the new tires to the company where the old ones were in storage and asked them to change the tires to the rims. The company in question charged me €80 for installing the tires on the rims. When I asked the owner of the business why it was so expensive, the owner got angry and yelled at me. Good thing he didn't get caught, he was so angry in the situation. He also said that he no longer has a storage place for my tires and obliged me to pick them up. The behavior of the business owner was inappropriate and I have never received such bad "customer service." I found the company owner very threatening in the situation.”

“I changed sumer wells to winter , everything good...only 1 of the workers put the safty bolts to strong , to be open need to cut out losing original bolts, i wait new bolts 3 weeks, the excuse whas the audi center don't have in stock, i went to audi personal they told me they have in stock this bolts. After all this trouble, time lost , every week come to office and ask about it no answer . My opinion is: ok all we make mistakes but admit when is yours if you are a real men”
