“These guys are just hopeless. Seat might be a low tier brand of car but this is no reason for poor and dishonest service. I've had a few dealings with them in the past that always start with the disinterested, rude girl that answers the phone and then puts you through to whoever you talk to next with a barely hidden dislike for the fact you've asked her to do something and zero courtesy or actual interest. Then comes the service department who the first time I spoke to them charged me 150€ to change a brake light (apparently the whole cluster needed replacing) when it came back the light was still broken and they fixed it by actually changing the light bulb. If this happens to you it is actually insanely easy to do yourself with a little YouTube tuition and the garage was obviously taking advantage of my vulnerability here to effectively steal my money. This is now the second time talking to them and three days after being told I'd get a quote the same day I'm still waiting. Bad service from a brand nobody wants to drive, one star.”

“I asked if they could check my solar panels and I took a special time off at work in order to get there just to be informed that they cannot do anything (without checking a single thing!). They said it must be a controller, then that it must be the panels, but they do not replace the flexible ones. But the most important thing is that they only (!) looked at it for 2 minutes. A total waste of my time. They might have told me by the phone or via e-mail (which they answered a few days after I had come there). Another company checked the controller by installing their own for a week and verifying the results.”
