“My husband and I were hesitant to become Returning Ford owners as we had been Toyota drivers for several years after switching from Ford to Toyota. However once the new Broncos came out, my husband would always say how much he liked the looks of them. Then last spring my oldest granddaughter bought her first brand new vehicle before her graduation and it was the Bronco Sport BigBend. Well, she couldn’t say enough great things about that cute little rig and just this past weekend with the friendly assistance of Susan we were able to make a trade that we were happy with, a low financing and good trade in on our Rav 4 sealed the deal. So now we are again Ford owners ,this time buying ,you guessed it, a 2023 Bronco Sport BigBend. Thank you for everyone being so kind, helpful, and welcoming us back into Ford World!”

“Thanks to Service Manager Dana Harwell on a job well done. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and I knew I had a problem with tread depth on my tires and my ability to pass inspection coming up on 4 months. Spoke with Dana who explained and provided clear evidence for a need to purchase 4 new tires and the need to get an alignment. Tough to argue with logic. Went in the very next day for torqued lugs which last ed all of 1 min. Great service. Been going there for several years on both my cars.”

After I purchased the RAV4, he sat in the car with me for over 30 minutes, showing me how to set up my phone with the car computer and explaining all the bells and whistles. I would recommend him to someone headed to Emerson to buy a Toyota. Also had a great experience with Mary, going over all the paperwork involved with buying a car. “We were on a RV trip to Kennebunkport in July. I saw a Marc Motors spare tire cover on a Wrangler. It looked cool. Since my Jeep Wrangler needed a spare cover I called Mac Motors Parts Department for one. A big thank you to the parts department at Marc Motors!!! Quick excellent service. I was impressed. We love it. Keeps the spare tire clean. Especially, with all the road grime it gets being pulled behind my motorhome.”
