“My husband and I were looking to upgrade our current camper to a bigger one with more room. We found a particular brand we were interested in and when looking online, my husband found the exact one was available at a Great Outdoor RV center in Canton. My husband called, spoke with Tim, to confirm the one we were interested in was in fact on their lot. My husband told Tim we would come on a Saturday to take a look. We went that Saturday to look at what they had and Tim called my husband while we were driving to confirm we were coming that day. He was very helpful in showing us a few models, on a very COLD Texas day, took us inside, assisted us with the paperwork to see about a purchase, all with no pressure or hassles to buy! We were notified on Tuesday the following week they we had been approved and set a time for the following Saturday to come in and finalize everything and pick up our new camper!! The day of, Robert toured our new camper with us, set up inside the shop, and educated us on the ins and outs of how our new camper operated. He got it hooked up to our truck while we finalized everything with Don, the owner, SUPER nice guy, who explained everything, never pressured us to buy extras......it was the Absolute BEST experience we have ever had!! My husband and I ABSOLUTELY recommend visiting a Great Outdoor RV center if you're looking to buy, trade or even just browse. Super nice people and a GREAT buying experience for us.
