“We are new to the area and this was my second trip to Taunton Tire. Just like my last experience the customer service and work provided was excellent. I called at 8am today and Katie was able to fit me in for 2pm despite being heavily booked. I was greeted promptly, and respectfully both by one of the many people working reception and by Devon, the technician working on my mini. Devon had my snow tire switched over quickly and my regular wheels bagged and packed into my trunk in no time. It’s also worth noting that the cost of switching from regular tires to snows was literally half what I was quoted by my dealer. “Master Mechanic Oshawa is spot on. From when you open the door, the two ladies behind the desk always have a smile. You're treated as a person instead of number. My reason for going to this mechanic shop is to have my tires changed and stored. I live in Toronto and making the drive to Oshawa is worth every penny. The cost of changing my tires $50 and storing my tires, $50, is a lot better then $280-$340 it is in Toronto. The wait time is awesome. I come, drop my car off, read a couple of emails and poof my tires are changed. I get a personal reminder that it's that time of the year with a phone call. To know someone cares is the best. You can't loose by going to them.”
