“Today is Oct 2022..had to edit this review! Yeah I bought a badass truck from this dealership last year, but just recently Had the worst experience with getting my car serviced at a dealership ever! I recently took my Dodge Challenger there to get some minor maintenance done..weather stripping,new dip stick, clips for front grill, As well as rear differential fluid, and brake fluid change out.(3WEEKS LATER) I finally get the call that my car is done, i pay 1,258$ I pick it up take it home and realize that absolutely nothing was done that I can visually see... So how am I able to trust that anything else was done properly. Remember after 3 whole weeks nothing was done.... I told the service manager I've been ubering to work every day for the last 3 weeks, he did not care what so ever, and was so inconsiderate...I will NEVER go there again! So to make up for it the service manager must have told me to go get my car detailed with my own money, bring him the receipt and he'll pay me back out of his own pocket! What a clown and a joke! So this is how Dodge/Ram treats there paying customers...and mind you I just bought a 55,000$ Ram Rebel last year from them....so frustrating! Today is Nov 22nd and STILL no reply from management...”

“Found coupon for $20 online and showed clerk, she immediately told me in a shirt and abrupt manner that it’s clearly posted online that you have to print the coupon. I shared you can be right and make $20 or lose a repeat customer over time. She proceeded to try to explain to me the policy to which I shared I understand the policy. She raised her voice and threatened to get the owner to which I shared don’t worry about it as I already paid. Unfortunately, I will not be back to SmogKing because of their short sighted business sense.”

“Great experience at Roseville Honda Motorsports. Worked exclusively with JP aka John Paul Hartel. Deciding to make to change from another style of riding to a Honda CB500X. He had me come up and sit on the specific model and answered a ton of questions. By the time I decided to go for it the last model in store sold. JP was able to find 1 last model in SoCal and I put down a deposit. Then he was able to get the bike to the store and ready for pickup a few weeks early. Picked it up last Saturday and I’m loving it. Not only did he go over thoroughly the bike operation and features but even checked in with me later to made sure I got home okay. First class service.”

“This was my delivery location for my Telsa Model 3 Performance March 22, 2023. It’s 6 hours from where I live, so I had to rent a car one way to pick up my Tesla. The car is the best car I’ve owned in my life, but I did take off a star for this delivery location because they sold me a car with a warped hood. I requested that it be corrected before taking it home, but they refused and told me I’d have to drive another 4+ hours from home to Santa Rosa to get it fixed. That was a huge shock and shouldn’t have been allowed.”

He has zero customer service skills ironically while being in the business of customer service. He needs to be replaced with someone else. Other than that, great place for parts.”
