“After paying a deposit, I waited 10 months for my new Mokka-e. What's worse was I paid for a brand new car but when I went to the shop and collect my brand new car, they placed it in the showroom as a 'demo vehicle', it was unlocked with an advertisement sign on top. Eden allowed anyone/potential customers/adults & children to freely climb in & out of my car. When I questioned Eden, they even lied that it was generally locked and was only unlocked for routine cleaning. I saw how my new car was being treated and I have photo proof. I paid for a brand new car and they gave me a 'demo vehicle'. It's ridiculous.”

“I recently brought a Tesla (I was the white one) from Phoenix and I cant recommend them enough. Firstly the guy (cant remember his name if you post it below ill amend the review) who ran me through the car details was really nice and didn't make me feel like an idiot as i didn't quite know how to drive one! he was friendly and made me feel like i could ask anything, I was probably quite annoying - also made a really good coffee while I was waiting! Secondly Joe who did my finance was amazing. I didn't get approved first time, but he shopped around, keep looking and and really tried to find the best deal, (and it was a good deal) When he told me I nearly feel off my chair. I think he was amazed too. He also broke down any technical paperwork into simple language. The whole process was really easy and painless. Another thing that really stood out to me is that Joe enjoyed what he was doing, which you don't find in many jobs, I could see he was satisfied when he got me a good finance deal! (So thats the guy you want looking for finance for you!) could have literally talked to him for hours like two guys down the pub. The cars are fairly priced and the whole outfit feels a lot better than one of those second hand car dealers - Also the staff are a credit to the business. If the next 2 years is painless, then ill defiantly be back, trading it in!”
