“I have been waiting more than 30 minutes for Jerry, the manager to just put air in my tires. I came back since they were so busy earlier. He was chit chatting with the car in front of me. He had me finally pull into the bay, but was assisting the person behind me. 10 minutes later, I am still sitting here and he is nowhere in sight. Must be reading the newspaper in the bathroom. Ridiculous. Finally showed up. That is 40 minutes of my life that I will never get back . They are short staffed today, but he has not even said a word to me. I liked the management here before much better. Take 50 is not what I was looking for.”
