Things can definitely happen, but it’s how you handle them when they do - that’s what really matters. I’m happy to change my review to 5 star with that kind of follow-up and follow-through, as that is the kind of service you expect to receive from Porsche. When I took it back I was told by techs that's how it operates its suppose to do that. So other than that the work was fine. Just my first time ever hearing that in any car model.
