“I was scheduled for two service recalls including the anti theft update plus a oil change/tire rotation.I sat for 3 hours and had to cancel all services except my anti theft update. It literally took 30 mins or less because I have indicators on my car to inform me. Initially, After an hour of waiting I went to ask Danielle about the wait time and she said she tried to start my car and the battery was dead, therefore my car had not been moved for device BUT I went right to my car and cranked it for her. This is simply a review to inform Kia not only did they waste my personal time as a customer, I also wasted my time for work pay. As I live over 40 minutes or almost a hour away depending on traffic . Please schedule your appointments to flow in better manner.Danielle seemed to hint that I was originally assigned to someone else.now I have to find time in my schedule again to just take my car to a local shop as I have in the past to change my oil in less than 20-30 minutes.”

“So my family and I were in our way back to Georgia, and we had like 8 hours left. It was 5 pm and the battery warning lights came on the car. We stopped by this autozone to get it checked up. My mom needed to use the bathroom, as well as my sister, so we asked if they could use it. We went to grab some food, and my dad called them to keep him updated on when they could fix the car, the Lady was so mad and was blaming us saying we left a mess in the bathroom. My family would never do such a thing because we were raised to be respectful and leave every place clean. Even at restaurants we clean our own messes. My dad ended up cleaning their bathrooms even though we didn't make a mess. There were others at the store, and we weren't the only ones to use the bathroom. We were just trying to get home. The Lady was accusing my family of something we didn't do. It wasn't our job to clean the bathrooms, but my dad respectfully did it. I’m happy we got home, but it made me upset that we were being accused. Service was good though.”

“This is extremely personal. But these guys that work at this particular Simple Simon are the most misogynist I've ever seen. My daughter had been working there for the last few months. Every day was a struggle due to the demeaning attitude, at least by Vince & Adam. They spoke to her rudely. Stole customers. Blamed her for things that she DID NOT DO. The motto is about women. DO NOT FALL FOR IT WOMEN. This is not the place for you. I had to listen to her day after day, not knowing how to help her. Well, today, they fired her, saying her numbers weren't good enough after she's had her numbers go up substantially. I'm just saying. Would you want to spend your money at a place where the sales staff treats their female employees like dirt?”
