“I got my BMW X1 rear bumper fixed because somebody hit it, When I picked it up, the part that they fix looks good but, I noticed that my left passenger door paint had cracked and could be peeled off. I asked the associate what's going on, and they insist that it's been there. They said the previous auto body shop did a poor job, and it wasn't related to the caliber collision. It was snowing when my car was being repaired. Maybe whoever cleaned the snow didn't clean it carefully. Or maybe something else happened. I am the owner of my car, and I know its condition. I'm very sure it wasn't there when I dropped it off. But no respond from them. I'm so upset and didn't expect to get a new problem after another. I hope that caliber collisions fix this problem since that happened in their place while my car was being repaired. But they refuse to fix it or give any solutions”

“Brian and his team are the most trustworthy and morally honest mechanics in the city of Philadelphia. I had them change my tires and without selling me or taking advantage of my lack of proprietary knowledge of my own vehicle. The team had gone over the logistics of my vehicle I drove into their shop the day I made an appointment (2015 Ford Fusion). His team had properly explained the general history of this vehicles' specific drive style and its inclement weather performance based on the vehicle model versus different types roads. He thoroughly explained that based on the vehicle in conjunction my current Philadelphia residence, that I install the safest and most reliable brand of tires they had in stock. Most other mechanics would tell you the cheapest price of tire assuming thats what you desire. I recommend Brian and his team for anything involving assistance in vehicle issues.”

“I went there to have my new tires installed to have my rims being scratched up or I don’t know what happened. I have the picture to prove it I realized today finally there’s no rain. I washed my vehicle and that’s when I seen everything that happened to my rims. The tire technician is verbally acting a customer and he wasn’t even told that he was out of line for that. The same technician did my tires put my spare tire on wrong which I had to change it myself to the way it needed to be that rim is scratched too this is visible from far and worse up close. Who is held accountable for this? 2018 4Runner limited was is my vehicle”

“DON’T EVER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!! I would put zero or minus if I could!! So I went there Nov 29th, 2019. I got my car right away with Steve on the same day, he was really nice and helping me a lot and all. But I just realized I gave him $7000 but he only put $6500 for down payments on the paperwork agreement. He asked me for a blank check from my bank and he write it down for DMV payments. Only couple days later he asked me another $1500 on Dec 3rd, 2019 saying the bank didn’t approved my loans but of course I said no. And I said I’ll sent back the car. And he sugarcoated me with everything till I kept the car. Well, after a month my bank called me and let me know he cashed my check out but whiteout the written “for DMV payments” and changed it “for South Philly Auto Sales” and “for car’s down payments” with the amount of $1122. I called him and texted but he didn’t answer, so I went there with my boyfriend (now is my husband) during Covid and he scared and won’t let my husband in with Covid reasons. He told me it was for tags and car registration etc. And I told him if the car registration it was only $38 dollars at the time and the tags fee and everything he already charged me on the paperwork agreement why do he charged me twice? And with any other stup*d reasons he’s trying to avoid to answers me and again not letting my boyfriend in cause he scared of him (he is now my husband). Years past and I paid it off. He made all the covid excuses for years and all to not giving me the title and saying I had to call Harrisburg. I did and they said it’s not there. I kept going back and forth even after my car paid off (about two years and half) last time he’s saying he’s not working there anymore and leaving about 2 years ago (2021). So I went to Alex’s Auto Tag then there I knew my car wasn’t paid off and there’s never ever a loan existed under my name or South Philly Auto Sales on their Data on CFC Auto Credit in New Jersey so South Philly Auto Sales scammed me! They said the CFC Auto Credit is my lender but they wanted me to pay cash/checks/money order to them and they will pay it to CFC Auto Sales on my behalf. I got so pissed and after that I called him (Steve) and I told him about everything I heard and told him I will report him to the cops and penndot cause I have sent the money to him by zelle so I got his name and information. He’s telling me to call South Philly Auto Sales and wow to my surprise I got my title less than 2 weeks lol. I regretted buying him a $50 dollars cake smh.”
