Gave me quotes upfront, and when I went to pick up my car, it was such a nice surprise to see that they had washed it, dusted the dash, vacuumed, and even did a wheel alignment at no charge. “Great customer service and great work done! I got my tires changed and an oil change and they offered to store my summer tires and they refilled my windshield washer fluid! They were super accommodating, allowing me to drop my car off the night before and they called me when it was ready and I was able to pick up my car within 15 minutes of them calling. So happy to have a helpful Mazda dealership so close by!”

“A month ago - when I initially brought in my car to get my tires rotated - they advised they legally cannot change them as the front ones were bald. Understandable, so I agreed to get to get brand new tires for the front and the other ones to go on the back. They never said the old tires were bad, they actually said they were fine after I asked if they needed to be replaced too. $450 later and everything was good. Besides no one telling me my car was ready to pick up - I had to follow up. About 2 weeks later, I got a flat on the old tire on the back passenger side. (Not their fault, a screw was found) So I had my boyfriend bring it in this morning to get the flat fixed and AGAIN was told that we NEED new tires for the back AND a wheel alignment. But literally a month ago they said they were fine? Doesn't make sense to me but besides the point. Not once was I offered a wheel alignment the first time I brought in my car. My boyfriend asked why it wasn't done a month ago but apparently you have to ask for that now too? Coming from myself who knows nothing really about cars - how on earth am I supposed to know that? I'm giving my trust to the employees to advise on what is exactly needed for my car. I was hesitant to bring my car back here the second time around but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but judging from my boyfriends experience - we will not be returning as well as the front desk employee was extremely rude. It truly feels like it's just all about money to them and that's truly disappointing.”
