“Haldeman Kutztown came to my house to pick up my Escape for service. They had online scheduling which was really easy. They send notifications when they're arriving and coming back. This service is great. It's so much easier than having to plan a drop off and pick up while working around work and child care schedules. They had my car for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall fixes, and my car was back in about 5 hours.”

“I brought my car in for an issue that was covered by warranty. I asked them to do an oil change since they would have my car a couple weeks. While doing that they recommended I replace one of the back tires. I had them do that as well as replace a front tire that I was having tire pressure issues with. Once I received my car back it immediately gave me an error message. I text them with a pic of the error ( we had been communicating 90% through text prior to this). After a week of no response I followed up and they just told me to make an appointment. It took a couple weeks and my car sounded bad, like the original issue was back. Made an appointment and they told me now I needed to replace the other 2 tires to fix it! That didn’t make any sense but I felt like I had no other option. I got 2 more new tires. Once I received it back my brakes sound horrible. Each fix leads to another new fix, with issues that were never issues before I brought it to Manderbach. I’m going to get new brakes but I’m taking it somewhere else. The money, time and inconvenience is crazy. I’m not sure if I’m being taken advantage of or if they are just messing things up when they fix other things!”

“You can spend 60 thousand dollars on a new vehicle but they don’t consider that a loyal customer I guess..Dropped my truck off the last day of the 5 year warranty and because they didn’t look until the next day they consider that a day out of warranty… So they offered a hardship warranty which covered 70 percent of the 3600 dollar repair job on a massive oil leak with only 43 thousand miles on my vehicle! Service manager said and quote if i had been a loyal customer, having them change the oil they may have overlooked the one day! What a joke , will never give them any more business!”

As I was browsing at the cars, I was greeted by salesman Jeffrey Lloyd and he assisted me with the entire process of trading in my vehicle. Mr. Lloyd was very transparent, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about me getting the best offer. I am unsure of his name, but the gentleman who appraised my trade-in gave me an amazing offer! The gentleman who went through all the paperwork with me at the end did an amazing job at explaining all the perks that came with purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car dealership and I absolutely love the car I got!”

“Would not recommend. They completely stripped my drain plug and put my oil filter in wrong Causing my car to lose so much oil. Will never be back. Edit: owner claims that they made me aware of leaks & made note of a damaged drain plug. If they were aware of those issues they never made me aware of those issues because had I known I would have gotten them fixed. As stated above would still not recommend & will never be back. Shady.”
