“This company was very quick to respond through the sale for my 1996 Corvette. As soon as I gave them a deposit, they were harder to get in contact with. Eventually, they shipped me my car nearly a week later after everything was said and done. When I got the Car I took it out for the first time and antifreeze, leaked all over my floorboards and ruined the carpet. Smoke was coming in the vents of the car. I had my mechanic take a look at it and said it was the heater core.. He also told me that there’s A pretty bad exhaust leak. I tried to call to explain to them what happened. And they lied to me and told me their bosses out of town and coming back and will call me. Never got a call back. Never do business with these people. They are crooks.”

“I purchased a used Lincoln Nautilus from Nick at Loudon Motors Ford. It might have been the easiest auto purchase I have ever done. We did all the paperwork online and the vehicle was ready and waiting when I arrived. I don't think I spent more than 10 minutes completing the deal. I had been looking for weeks at different sites and dealerships and this was by far the best price I saw. I hope I'm as satisfied with the car down the road as I was with the service and attention I received.”

“Set appointment to has heated seat fixed. I asked all the right questions. How long will it take...do you have the parts in stock...how much (ballpark) worst Scenario. Was told they would call next day....Nothing. Took car and the first person that talked to me ask " do you need a ride home?" I asked why? This is probably a 2 day job. WHAT? I told them this is my wife's work car...she needs this car. So they took it in....15min later. We need this car a full day just see what wrong with it. They said both seats have to come out. The person on the phone never said this to me. So 1 day to see what is wrong..possibly 1 day to get parts....and another day to fix it. This was a complete waist of my time. Not happy 😒 👇 Yes you explained after I got there. You know that this is not a 2, 3 or 4 hour fix. That is what should have be told to me before I made the appointment. As for the free look. Thanks but I was there a very short time. Not sure how much of a diagnosis you actually did. Also I told you that the lady was supposed to call me back on the cost. That didn't happen either. I stand on my diagnosis of this situation”

“At first it was great but now I need my sales taxes payed so I can get my plates and to say I got my car in 9/5 and they closed down 2 r 3 week after I got my car and now they do not want to pay the sales tax on my car and I live 8n wv so if they have any other shop do not go to them at all”
