“I went to Cycle Center of Denton on Saturday and looked at particular BMW cycle. Mason and RJ were the folks I talked to and both were very helpful. I went back on Tuesday and test drove the cycle I was interested in, got lost in Denton (not familiar with Denton), ended up test driving 30 odd miles / 1 hour. When I got back to the dealership, Mason only asked me if I enjoyed the bike - not why I was gone a long time or why I drove a long distance (than how long some other dealerships were willing to test drive the cycle - typically 10 minutes). I absolutely loved the bike and the experience; and, they gave me very good deal on my trade-in and offered the new cycle to me at the exact price point I asked for. Done deal - rode the bike that same night 😀 I went back again today for some clarifications. The Service guys helped me out with very clear answers. I strongly believe this is a very good place to buy a cycle from. I have had other bikes in the past and this has been one of the best buying experiences I have had (the other one was at Al Lamb's Honda in Dallas; Maverick Harley had a good guy in Finance who has since left and I couldn't work with the new guy - was condescending and likely made some assumptions which made me not buy another Harley, especially from him, bought a Honda instead). Go see my guy Mason for sales; Brenden, Jam1 in Parts; Josh and the Service Team; Alicia in Finance. This outfit is willing to work with you. They are often short staffed, so take some deep breaths and relax, if you don't get service right away. Soon, you will be served, treated fairly and courteously. “James Wood Dealership is where you need to buy your next vehicle! I was looking for a new 2024 GMC 2500 AT4. I called the store and spoke to Michel. Prior to contacting James Wood, I reached out to about 5 different local GMC dealerships. Unfortunately, their inventory on the lot was actually in transit or already sold, despite what their websites said. I asked Michel if the AT4 listed on the website was available, and he confirmed that they are on the lot and invited me to come take a look at it. He did mention that there were a couple of other interested buyers in the same AT4 model I was considering, just to inform me so I wouldn't waste my trip up to Denton. However, I assured him that I am a serious buyer and would still be coming in. Michel didn't pressure me into buying a vehicle, and when I arrived at the dealership, I noticed other people were also looking for the AT4. I brought in two trade-in vehicles, and his team promptly appraised them. The price offered wasn't extraordinary, but it was comparable to the appraisals I received from other dealerships. Due to the current car market and high demand for the AT4, I didn't get an outstanding deal, but they made it clear that they don't engage in market adjustment markup or add dealer accessories like nitrogen air. Throughout the process, Michel and his manager were upfront, honest, professional, and very friendly. We arrived close to closing time, so we filled out our application and heard from Michel the next day that our truck was ready to go. He had the truck detailed and prepared when we arrived, so we quickly signed the papers and were on our way. Having bought and sold cars many times, I can say that this was, by far, the most pleasant dealership experience I've ever had. Michel's expertise exceeded that of any 25-30+ year veteran salespeople. He made sure we understood everything we were signing, walked us through our new vehicle, and had us in and out in no time. I will be a lifelong customer of Michel and James Wood Dealership and will refer all my friends and family there to support this family-owned dealership that stands out among others with bad customer service.”

I received a good deal on these with a price match. Moreover, I appreciate the free/lifetime patching, rotation, and air. I could not have gotten this service and pricing at a car dealership. Moreover, there are numerous in the area. I would HIGHLY recommend to my friends and family.”

“Set my step daughter to this place to have a tire plugged. They had 1 1/2 hour wait and then when they go it in there, they came right back out and said it was already patched with a GUMMY?? They said she needed a new tire. I am putting a picture of the nail in the tire. Anyway, with all my years' experience that I've had in a garage as an auto mechanic working on installing engines to fixing tires, this could have been plugged or patched on the inside. Just because they patch tires for free doesn't mean it will be free. Expect the worst if your female. My stepdaughter left. I will direct her to someone who is honest and knows what they are doing. I'm sure people that posted a positive review spent money and were mostly male. Guess this will be another place we have to Boycott this place. See the picture, this was a simple patch. Tire is new. We were just testing them to see how honest they really were. They failed.....”

“I’ve been here a few times since they opened and the car wash does a great job washing my car on the outside but I really love being able to clean the inside with the strong vacuums. Its helpful that they provide cleaner in spray bottles and towels to use as well. Pls don’t stop doing that (a different car wash did that at first but stopped offering it and it makes a huge difference when you’re trying to get your car clean inside and out). It’s also always clean. ✌️”

“DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS!!! SCAM!!! TRUE SHADETREE MECHANICES!!! I took my son's car in because there was a oil pressure light on and the oil was low. They first wanted to flush it and change oil- fine! then they came back and said there was a oil leak and if they fixed that the issue was be fixed. They kept the car over a week and i paid $600 for the repairs. About 3 weeks later the exact same issue occured so I took it back. They made me wait another week before looking at it and now saying that the "same" issues required different repairs that would cost $900!!! They refused to accept they misdiagnosed the issue to begin with and refused to negotiate the repairs. Apparently they have very inexperienced mechanics or uncertified mechanics making repairs....I had to get the car towed to another shop and I am still out of the $600 I paid for the repairs!!!”
