“My stay was Jan 10-14, 2024. The shuttle drivers were quick and efficient both ways. I mistakenly hopped on the wrong shuttle trying to get back to my vehicle and the driver was so understanding and was able to drop me at the front of the correct lot since the route took us right past it (lot 3 is behind lot 1-lucky for me). The weather was horrible and despite the subzero temps, in the snow, at night, the employees were still kind and courteous in helping me jump start my truck's dead battery on the rooftop parking out in the elements. My only suggestion would be for a way to keep the touch screen entry/exit kiosks warm or have manual buttons to push in addition to the touch screen. I got stuck trying to exit because the screens were too cold to function correctly (outside temp was 0 with -20 windchills and snowing) and I did not have an account set up prior to entry, therefore I didn't have a QR code associated with my parking ticket.”

“First time using this service. Was a fraction of airport parking cost. Left car there for a week and no issues. Service was perfect! When you park, make sure to use common since and note which lot it was. The shuttles that pick you up from airport are clearly marked for their respective lots. So if you parked in east lot or lot 1,2,3 then that's the shuttle number/name to take back to lot. I mention this because some reviews said they did not know which shuttle to take back to the lot from airport. The driver will give you a card when dropping you off with the phone number to call for pickup and for the respective lot that you left your car at. You can also see which lot it was when you look at their app. I don't have any affiliation with them, just stating the facts that some people do not have the sense to read or listen to. Once again first time but it was super perfect!”

“Best dealer experience ever! You will pay a premium, but they do all the screening process for you. They only deal with the nicest pre emissions diesel trucks in the country. Any truck on the lot is in absolute pristine condition. I had been looking for a clean dually LBZ Duramax for about a year. I had loosely been following Gateway Car Connection via postings I had seen listed on auto trader when my dream truck came up. I called the office, and Anthony gave me all the info on the truck and answered a lot of other questions I had about it. He sent me detailed photos of the undercarriage and any slight exterior imperfections he could find. Naturally cautious about purchasing sight unseen, I had plans to come pick the truck up myself 1000 miles one way. Anthony was able to arrange shipping for the truck for less than the cost of making the trip myself. After reading nothing but great reviews, I agreed to have it shipped. Shipped to my door and unloaded: Wow, what a beautiful truck. I can't believe it was 16 years old. Still smells new inside, absolutely stunning. Once I started towing with the truck, I had some significant issues that only happened towing up a hill and could never have been diagnosed at a dealership in a flat area. Nevertheless, Anthony went WAY out of his way to help make the necessary repairs to the truck. Seriously amazing dealership integrity. I will buy my next truck from them if the day ever comes. 18 months and 10k miles later. The truck is still going strong”
