“We visited here when traveling in our RV. We needed propane and the other place we went to only had one person to fill propane tanks. That person was not there. They told us to go to this Quick Lube. We are so glad we did. Ty was a great help. She not only filled our water and propane, but she drove the RV into the tight backyard for me. Thank you Ty. Shows that there are really nice, helpful people in this world. If you are in Tallahassee, check them out!”

“Some wrong with there cars I don't think they all in good condition maybe some and others not but they still messed and will make quick dollar off you a friend said they had some messed up in the engine and the car screen was showing a bunch of stuff like emergency fail idk don't come here tho I don't know why the 5 stars from people honestly u can just buy a new car at car max or something it's much cheaper u can get like kia for 16k low miles plus all fees and stuff and it'll run every day that's why I bought something new didn't wanna buy nothing from here after friend said engine noise problems he heard it stay away”

“My rental car needed a new battery (don't have cars with 70000 miles in your fleet) I was told by roadside assistance to bring the car to this location for a replacement vehicle (I had to jump the car to do this) The attendant at the n. Monroe location that I drove to, at the direction of roadside assistance, told me that he didn't have a replacement vehicle for me. (communication within the organization) He asked me to go to Firestone auto repair to get a replacement battery. (Let the customer solve the problem) If he knew he didn't have a car and he knew I was coming why didn't he call? (communication with the customer) I had to jump the car to get it started again and the only employee at the location didn't know how to jump a car and was only in the way. The wait at Firestone was 2 hours because they had to wait on enterprise to authorize the service. Everything wrong with this situation is caused by Enterprise and made worse by Enterprise”
