“We were referred to North Strand Nissan by a coworker because we were wanting to trade our Jeep Wrangler for a better gas mileage car. From the moment we pulled in we were greeted by Rich. He was very inviting and super nice! From the start of the process he let us know that he wanted the best for us and he truly was down to earth letting us know every little detail of the deal. We initially wanted to get a Nissan pathfinder but we ended up with a beautiful 2021 Nissan Rouge. He was able to work it out perfectly to fit within the constraints that we had to work with. He stayed late for us to help get the deal done! He was able to schedule a time for us to bring back the car for detailing! We are very thankful for all he did for us and we will definitely use him in the future when needed!”

“On the way to our condo in N Myrtle Beach we had an alternator go our in our car. Got towed to Aynor Tire & Automotive on a recomendation and it was a great experience. This was Friday and by 1 o'clock Saturday had us back on the road. Maxie took care of us and was nothing but first class. Repair cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend. Charles”

“We are on vacation in SC and my husband's truck won't start. We head out in 2 days so we called them yesterday and they picked up his truck within an hour. The tow truck driver & staff were very polite, sympathetic, and straightforward. We didn't get an update phone call so my husband went to the shop and when he got there we found out that they hadn't done a diagnosis test yet but the guy offered to test the sensors while my husband was standing there and they ordered the part on site and hopefully it can be fixed by tomorrow so we aren't stranded. Update: We checked out of our hotel at 9:30am on December 23, 2023....we got a phone call at 9:40am or shortly after saying his truck was ready for pickup! If I could give more stars I would because it was the weekend before Christmas and we were stressed but trying hard to be positive and they truly did everything they could to make sure we got home. We are forever grateful!!!”

“I got here at 815 as they opened at 830. A big line formed, and at 9, I called the main DMV number. Turns out this location is not opening until 10 am today because of a county schedule??? How hard would it have been to put a sign on the door? People took the morning off work and stood in the cold for up to an hour. 2 seconds to put up a sign could have saved a lot of people some agitation and grief. The government works for the people, and they really need to be more considerate. How am I supposed to know the county schedule? Google maps and the website say nothing about a delayed opening. Now i have to take tomorrow morning off work to just get a simple license change. Ridiculous.”
