“I’m so pleased with the work those guys did for me on this morning! I had a screw in my tire that was too far in for just a simple patch. I apologize for not knowing all the guys name who helped me but from the guy who added me to the waitlist, to the guy that looked at my tire to the guy who came in and told me what was going on and giving me my keys!!! I couldn’t have asked for better service. I got there a little before 10a and was gone a little after 11a. And trust they were busy but they were moving!!!! Sooo polite and knowledgeable, all of them!!! This is the one closet to me so of course if I have any issues I will definitely go right back so they can help me out. My advice to anyone is just to try to go early!!!!”

“I do not understand these negative reviews. This is my second time in five years purchasing from Net Direct and I could not be happier. I literally got the deal done by text, flew to Dallas, delivered a cashier's check, and drove home. It could not have been easier. They always have great-looking inventory. All my truck buddies are jealous because their stock trucks look like everyone else's. Their pricing is very reasonable. You could not install a Rough County lift kit and tow mirrors on your own for less. The customer service is outstanding. I arrived unannounced and they had the truck cleaned, gassed up, and ready to go in no time. I even noticed a missing piece of snap on trim a few days after I got home and they offered to reimburse me the cost from the Ford house.
