“I thought I was going to get a normal car wash/detailing ended up at a car spa lol but they did an AWESOME job Anna got me right she was definitely doing her thing today. They even did a little inspection after they were done and told me I could come back for a little extra work they showed how much they care. They also pointed out some details that I had questions about myself on certain things that they said they could also take care of but it would take some time whenever I want it taken care of. I come here all the time but it’s always in and out because I never have time but glad I got the full detailing today truly needed it. I can’t forget the Manager Steven great guy and very knowledgeable all in all great experience!! Great staff”

“DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. These guys had the audacity to try to charge me an extra $1500 to fix a relatively minor water leak (and related water damage) on an under-warranty Grand Design 3100RD that I hadn’t even bought from them yet. That’s right, they wanted me to pay to fix *their* rv for something they should have known about before we settled on price. Mike (sales) was unprofessional and lied to me constantly, claiming the leak was fixed when I had just returned from watching water dripping out the bottom. He seemed angry that I even asked to have it fixed at all. Keith (the GM) was of no help at all and only seemed concerned that he and his daddy (Larry, the owner) wouldn’t make enough money off me. They claimed they had already thrown in $1500 worth of “extras” and that it would “hurt the bottom line.” But in reality the “extras” consisted of a used hitch and some old hoses that I didn’t even ask for. These guys give Grand Design a bad rep. This is not the kind of service I would expect from an authorized Grand Design dealer.”

“After having a horrible weekend because of another shops carelessness that could have costed me 1000s of dollars even possibly blowing my engine I went online and saw Japanese autocare reviews and I had my car towed here. Jimmy was so kind and helpful. He put me at ease and told me he will have my car fixed immediately. I would have fixed this problem a while ago if I knew it was so serious but because the other repair shop didn't mention it was very time sensitive I almost paid the consequences. For now on I will only use Japanese auto care. Thanks again Jimmy for all your help ! It's very appreciated. I now feel like I have a place I can trust on and count on for the future. My car is now running great!”

“I initially wrote a review on this dealership and within minutes of posting it the manager Tommy called my phone wanting to rectify the situation. He gave me his word he would fix everything if i was willing to take the post down, trying to be fair about it i told him sure i will take it down and i did. Unfortunately for me Tommy did not really care much about honoring his words, therefore i am reposting my original review. Below is my original review. - Came here on monday 04/24/2023 on my bday nonetheless long story short i bought the car. A 2013 ford explorer. Didnt get to see the car till today, thursday 04/27/23. I live about an hour and some change from this dealership. The first day they told me its in da shop getting worked on and will be ready tomorrow. I come in the next day just to be told its still not ready. Overall not a good experience at all, the most insulting part about this whole ordeal was that when i FINALLY! got to see the vehicle i purchased they didnt bother to clean it, not even a little bit and there was ants in the back seat which i pointed out to a gentleman named marvin who was giving me the keys and marvin simply looked and said nothing and continued peeling the sales paper off the back window. Also a bee was hanging out in the front which probably would not have happened had they atleast wiped down the dashboard at the very least. Not wanting to wait any more days and take that long drive i just took the car and as i write this im bombing it for ants and any other insects that may be lingering.”

“Review: I was forced to deal with absolute lawlessness and a violation of my consumer rights when purchasing a car at this auction. Let's start with the fact that I had previously inspected the car, ensuring that it met my expectations and requirements. However, as soon as the payment was made and I expected to receive my car, a real nightmare began. The auction staff responsible for the transportation and delivery of vehicles completely ignored the principles of honesty and responsibility. Instead of carefully loading my car onto the transport vehicle, it was damaged. This was a clear case of unreliability and indifference to customer interests. And what is most frustrating, the auction refuses to compensate me for any losses or even acknowledge their fault in this incident. This is a blatant violation of my consumer rights because they are obligated to provide the item in the condition described and protect it during transportation. Furthermore, the auction's internal rules seemingly do not protect the interests of customers and only serve their own purposes. This experience was not only financially burdensome but also morally disappointing. I hope that this complaint will lead the auction to comply with the law and respect the rights of its customers; otherwise, they may face serious legal consequences for violating consumer rights. I attach a photo as evidence.”
