“My husband and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our home. We called around to see who would be the fastest to come out as I am 9 months pregnant and obviously need quick access to our home. The young lady advised him that she had someone available at the moment. My husband explained to the young lady that someone at another company had another customer ahead of us so we’d cancel with them and book our services with Imperial. She then all of a sudden began dismissing him and quoted that because of our actions of calling someone else AT A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COMPANY, she needed a payment now while simultaneously refusing our service and basically pushed us away. Payment up front was not a problem… she only requested a payment after he explained about getting the quickest service. He had her on speaker and the interaction was a bit disgusting and felt a bit racist. I works never recommend Imperial to anyone. She was a poor representation of the company.”

“Ask for Justin aka JJ and Johnathan they’re the BEST, I’ll definitely be back bc of their professional attitude and HELP me understand unlike other dealerships (that ONLY wanted to know how much I would put down, told me I needed a co signer etc..), JJ HELPED me understand how will I pay for the car since I didn’t have an income coming in for being off work for 4 months recovering from my ankle surgery, so JJ told me that I would need to show 2 bank statements, the bank has already approved me and all I needed to do was show my 2 checks subs and I will have a vehicle when I leave the dealership, so this will be my first purchase from Skco Automotive and bc of both JJ and Johnathan Skco will forever have a customer and I will tell other family members to come check you out! So I understand sometimes businesses can overlook certain employees but long as you have JJ/Johnathan people will ALWAYS come where the reviews are great, it’s NOT trying to get OVER on people it’s about HELPING people like me and treating them right. Thank you so much Johnathan and JJ I will be back Melinda. “Tameron is 1000% better than the previous owners. They moved the waiting area back to where it was under Koby Subaru (the last owner put it right out front/on the sales floor which was super awkward). Coffee/soda/snacks are easily available to customers again AND they added a separate "Customer Quiet Room." My Service Advisor (Desiree) was amazing - she explained the work completed and gave me a heads up re: upcoming maintenance needs and associated costs. Stellar customer service. Highly recommend.”

“Extremely competent and knowledgeable owner and staff. They were able to replace both O2 sensors, replace spark plugs and wires, tune up, and oil change for a very fair price and worked very quickly. Out Jeep was back on the road in less than 48 hours! All of the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know from now on! Would give them 10 stars if I could!”

“They always seem overwhelmed in this store. I know they are a hub store, this is why I go here. This has been there norm well before they started the store expansion. They are hit or miss on whether they can find what the computer says too. Hope this gets better.”
