“Absolutely horrible! We had 4 brand new tires put on our daughters car. Shortly after leaving their business a tire pressure warning came on. We brought it back immediately only to be told it just needs to reset itself by driving it around. Only 2 days later one tire completely ripped at the seam and came off. When we brought it back they said, "that's definitely a bad tire!" They then tried to charge us to put another new tire on. Never apologized or tried to make it right. We left and went somewhere else to have it put on properly without the crazy labor expenses. I will NEVER go back there again. I am so disappointed! I wouldn't give this place any stars but you have to choose at least 1 to post this! Unbelievable!!”

“There are powersport dealers and then there is HK Powersports. I have been buying atvs and utvs for many years and I have never met a better group of people. Phenomenal customer experience. Big shout out to Hank for his presentationand and lack of sales pressure. Straight shooter and very up front about what I was paying for and what I was getting. Great experience all around. Every staff member I talked with had a great demeanor and went out of their ways to make this a great experience. My wife, who really hates salesman, enjoyed our experience and was very happy when we loaded up. Went up north the next say and put 50+ miles on the machine. Absolutely great experience and big thank you again for a great staff and great buying experience.”

“Saw a used truck with plow listed online through Tim's. I used the online form to contact the dealer to schedule a test drive for the following weekend. Wife and I drove a couple hours to test drive the truck and included plow. We arrived at the agreed time. First problem was that the representative I had spoken to and thought I would be meeting with wasn't there. The seemingly only guy at the location had no idea about the appointment. The second problem was that the plow was uninstalled and in the bed of the truck. So how could we have tested it? The last and most important problem was after we got there, the guy who was available told us the frame needed, "major work." That was 100% not included in the listing or mentioned at all before we made the trip. All he could offer was to show us other trucks and maybe have a plow attached for an additional fee. I don't want to accuse anyone of "bait and switch," but it definitely smelled like it. On the way home, I texted the original contact person to express our disappointment. He offered no apology. He did say, however, that they have many other trucks we could look at. No thanks. Instead, we bought a different truck from another retailer.”

“I've had good luck over the years, but I was quite fried returning parts that were faulty and given in error which ruined Christmas party plans. I asked for a simple store credit for the gas I burned...bc my friend was given the wrong and faulty parts... I didn't think my request was unreasonable then I was told there's no button for that. Corporate gets two dings for this experience, and an employee gets one. The supervisor on was trying to be helpful.”
