“I will never deal with this dealership again. Worst experience ever. I went for the buy out event to get full payoff for my car and buy an suv as my family is growing. I won't even get into them adding money onto the total without explaining to me because yes that was my fault for not reading the tiny print in the contract. I was unable to refinance with my bank because so much extra was added onto the price. They were supposed to refund me my warranty and that was 3 months ago. Nothing. I also had a tiny hole in the seat they agreed to fix and it looks like a 2 year old stitched it. I wasn't mad when they were willing to help me out but now I haven't been able to reach the GM (who gave me his personal number for problems) in a month. I message every day about the seat and refund and get left on "Read". I could go on and on but buying from this dealership was the worst mistake ever. Included photo of seat repair.”
