“No Pushy Sales Tactics: I greatly appreciated the fact that Ty, and the sales team did not employ any pushy or aggressive sales tactics, unlike many dealerships out there. They allowed me to explore the available options at my own pace and provided all the necessary information without any pressure. This made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision.”

“LMR is my Mustang parts go to place, been ordering parts from them for around 6years. During that time I’ve never had an issue with the parts ordered. I’ve interacted with their support team several times with questions and parts that I wanted more information on and the support team as well as customer service was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Over the years ordering I didn’t take photos of parts received until recently cause there lots of competition out there some with prices out this world…but LMR has always had great prices and service. I will be posting a few photos of some recent parts ordered will try and stay on top of that as well as to continue to update my review. LMR really lives up to there name being the Mustang Enthusiast. Oh almost forgot to mention about my wishlist always enjoy browsing their website. I would highly recommend this company for your automotive needs especially Mustangs…shipping is always great, fast and well packaged.”

“I worked with Paul Ash and he made the process super smooth for me! I came here back in January. Just trying to get a feel and see what prices were. And I told that to Paul and he seemed very happy to help me still. Even if I wasn’t going to be purchasing a vehicle that day. I know some salesman would probably not even try to waste their time w/ me if I told them that. But Paul still helped me! I came back about a month later and finally purchased a vehicle with Paul! He was awesome! Very down to earth and made the process of purchasing a vehicle easy for me! Bart also was very helpful with getting me to understand some of the documents I was signing. I highly recommend purchasing vehicles from here. The process was also super fast for me because I had all the documents I needed! I also traded in my car with them. And that process was even easier! Thank you guys!”

“A young man named Isaac not only helped me find what windshield wipers that I would need for my car, but took the time to install them correctly for me and wiped my windshield with a rainx wipe. On top of that saw my fluid was low, showed me the best fluid to get and topped my reservoir off for me! But the best part was his guinuine care for his job and his demeanor through my visit. He greeted me at the door and from there on made sure I got what I needed. As he walked back him telling me to have a good day and God bless really turned my day around from a rough start to a nice finish. Thank you Isaac!”

“Easy going, amiable, customer friendly..however… A+ on stereo install. D- on electronic door lock install Took my truck in here to have the stereo installed and electronic locks & alarms put on it. I’ll give them high props on wiring in the stereo and doing a great job there—especially after Crow turned away my truck saying the stereo wiring was going to be “too difficult”! (Crow is a laughing stock as far as I’m concerned!) However, Jack’s did crack both of my brand new door panels in the process of removing them to install the electronic door-locks. Not only that, but when they pulled the panels they broke over half of the panel clips and they did not bother to replace the clips or to inform me that they had cracked the door panels and broke the clips. This is clearly due to indifference. It is not that difficult to remove door panels with the proper tools. Add to this the fact that my doorhandle failed exactly one day after the electronic lock installs. The rods in the door simply came undone (going from the door handle to the locking plate). I took the truck back and showed them the problem. They took the truck back in for a look and claimed that the rods & clips were nowhere to be found in the door and that I would need to get those rods from a dealer or a wrecking yard, and then bring them back so that they could fix it. So, I went and pulled those rods & clips from a vehicle at a wrecking yard. In fact, I pulled two sets of them so that they could take their pick of what to use. I returned to Jack’s with my vehicle, and although they kept it all day long they stated that they could not fix it afterall! They gave me a story about how something was twisted up or bent inside the door and how probably the truck had been hit really hard on the door at some point in time. I knew this was absolutely false and incorrect information because I have been rebuilding this truck myself—to include bodywork— and there was never any sign of any damage like what they were describing. Which, this false description of damage to rods and all such inside the door panel was what they were using as an excuse to not be able to fix it. Keep in mind that there was no problem with the doorhandles (operationally/functionality) prior to them working on it.. All that to say that they did an awesome job on the stereo, but they failed to honor their work on the door handle aspect. And they never offered me any part of a refund for their failure to properly install the door locks or for tearing up my brand new $500 (each) door panels. In fact, they did such a poor job on the door panel removal that when I took it back for the re-work I had the door panel off and in the back of the truck and asked them to please not touch it. I recognize that they did take it back in to try to fix it, but they still failed to fix their failed work or to honor/reimburse any part of their own mess-up! In the end: I took it to Maaco in Waco and Maaco used all of the same exact parts and fixed it with no problems, fuss or issues! Incredible!”
