“My car went in for a suspension refresh, B8s / Eibach springs / Top Mounts plus arms and drop links, as the front shocks were leaking, and they were at the end of there life. Luke was great, he quoted what I asked for, and helped out with a few extras that I kept adding to the job ticket such as spacers and a visit workshop light that went on and off a few weeks beforehand. The team did a super job, the car was perfect when I got it back. Wheel alignment spot on, and the refresh made a massive difference, felt like a new car again, no rattles or noises coming from the car when pushing along a bumpy road. Great service from the team and I’ve booked it back in for its service and MOT in a few months, plus the steering wheel re-trim as its starting to look old. “I’ve used them a couple of times now and had issues on both occasions. First occasion they put the light bulb for my car in the wrong way and forced it which broke the connection. The second most recent time they have cracked the red plastic cover over the light at the rear of my car but they didn’t say anything and I only noticed it after I had got home. Shame as their customer service is normally efficient.”

“USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Disgraceful place. They don't complete work correctly, fit different tyres on front wheels and they DEFINETLY DON'T CARRY OUT TRACKING. My partner took her car in and had to take her car elsewhere for an MOT after. They told her she was lucky to make it there without a tyre blowing out. The image below was how the tyre was fitted. The tracking was so out of alignment that the tyres would've been bald in 2months. Don't even bother contacting them, they talk to you as if they're doing you a favour.”

“Bought a 1 year old Cupra Ateca from this branch in July 22. Garage lied about the car having had it’s first year service so had to get that done myself and recharge them. Also the copper paint on the alloys failed after 10 1/2 months and garage refused to accept responsibility leaving me to deal with the matter myself. Will be complaining to Cupra about this branch.”

“First I booked my car in for a MOT and service a week before Christmas. My car also has a warning light fault, which they failed to fix on last visit a year ago. I booked this appointment a month in advance. Two days before my car was to go in, they text me telling me that they have cancelled my appointment, not even a phone call. I phoned them and they made lots of excuses, staffing, Christmas, covid and so on. Remember, I booked this a month in advance. They rescheduled it to the 3rd of January 2024. They assured me that everything would get done. Jan 3rd 2024: I drop my car off at 8am sharpe. I go back and get it at 6pm, 10 hours later! MOT done. They somehow neglected to do the service or fix the warning light fault, again. (10 hours?) They bring my key out and half of the key fob is missing! They can’t find it. Every time without fail, Group 1 have messed up my annual service, this is my 4th. This is embarrassingly bad, they just don’t care for me as a customer. They’ve treated me like a real mug. Worse service I have ever received at any car service station. The poor girl who dealt with me apologised, but it’s not good enough. These services are not cheap either. I love my Jaguar, but they are making me begin to hate it.”
